I had a wonderful experience thanks to Dr. Johnson and his staff! From the moment I walked in, De’Marion provided excellent customer service. He was professional, patient, and incredibly calming, which made my dental visit so much more comfortable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease throughout the entire process. His positive attitude and gentle approach truly stood out. I’m so grateful for such a smooth and reassuring experience!

I always have a pleasant visit with Dr. Johnson and his staff. He is ever gentle. His dental assistant Da’Marion always have me laughing and comfortable. He is a charm and whenever he calls me to the back I immediately start smiling. His energy is always pleasant and warm. Whatever I need or questions I have they are always answered and if I need a referral they handle it immediately. Even though there are two other Aspen dental offices closer to my home I always drive here for the service and professionalism

I had an extremely great experience. I’ve completed my x-Rays and Demarion did a wonderful job!
Customer service has been immaculate. Ms. Lavonne and Mr. Reuben took great care of me as well.

My friend went here and they do NOT CARE about their patients at all. My friend woke mid surgery and they knew she wake awake.. didn’t try to give her anything to help the situation! It was like a saw movie! She felt the pain the entire time and even trying to get the nurse to be aware of what’s going on and the nurse said “ur hurting me” when she didn’t mean to she was just extremely scared! Can you imagine? Even knowing she was awake the surgeon said “give me the drill” and went in on her! She felt EVERYTHING!! EVERYTHING! And they couldn’t care less!When all was said in done she could not talk bc of how severe her experience was … then he had the AUDACITY to tell her to leave from the back so NO ONE SAW & tried to hide what he had done and knew he did WRONG, he didn’t want anyone to see her! She is TRUAMATIZED SO BADLY. She couldn’t stand up for herself! After leaving surgery to go pick up her medication bc she was in EXTREME PAIN… they made her wait hours bc they took so long to send her prescription! I’m disgusted from this treatment, she did NOT DESERVE THAT! Please beware coming here! I’m worried for future patients! This is not OKAY! :’(!!!

Wonderful and productive first appointment with high quality service from every staff person I encountered from the moment I checked in. Everyone including the very nice receptionist and office manager to the dental tech who completed my x-rays(I forgot her name but she was very pleasant and professional) to the hygienist Ruben who I know is going to win the lottery soon and also very professional and knowledgeable😃 and Dr. Johnson who was very professional and upfront about the best course of treatment for the areas of improvement related to my oral health situation. I also appreciate the kindness and patience of the manager who reviewed cost and financing options with me. I highly recommend anyone looking for great quality and affordable dental services and flexibility with scheduling to contact this location. 10/10!!

The Cordova office is led by Dr. Brent C. Johnson, DDS, the owner and lead dentist, who has been with Aspen Dental since August 2020. Dr. Johnson graduated from Howard University College of Dentistry and completed a General Practice Residency at East Carolina University School of Medicine. He has more than 21 years of clinical experience in restorative dentistry, including partial and full dentures, implant dentistry, crowns, bridges, and oral surgery, and he spent 14 years providing dental care to some of Memphis's most vulnerable youth. The Cordova team page also lists Dr. Jorge Romero, DMD, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon who earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Nova Southeastern University and completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Kings County Hospital Center in New York City.
