Today was my very first visit at the Covington location. I had a truly amazing experience. The staff were very nice and professional. When i got overwhelmed and emotional the doctor and finance advisor made me feel better by assuring me that everything is okay. They explained my dental work in a way that was easy to understand. They even went above and beyond to make sure i could cover my payment for future services. The ladies that work there are truly amazing and provide exceptional service.

My Experience at this location was way more than I expected. From the entry at the front door the customer service from the front desk Operations Lead - Jamie was no less than hospitable, encouraging and empathetic with a beautiful smile and spirit.
Dr. Irby-Johnson has a team that is very caring and the vibe at this location was a safe space for me. Dr. Irby-Johnson gave me hope, she explained everything in a way that as she explained the plan that is ahead of us, I could actually see it. I felt comfortable with the plan. Norma- Lead Dental Hygenist was awesome at making me feel comfortable with talking about the problems concerning my teeth, and some of my options. Shameena- Dental Assistant was the best at making sure that I was comfortable when doing my X-rays. Even down to the financial portion at the end with the Operations Manager Latoya, my visit and experience at this location in Covington, Georgia was then solidified as a great one!

I highly recommend this facility. I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to relay all issues to me in an easily understood manner without making me feel embarrassed.
Dr. Cole, Nikki & team were amazing. I felt absolutely safe in their hands. Looking forward to following my treatment plan and future appointments.
X-ray machine was down and Nikki was kind enough to take me to another facility to get them done. This ensured my 2nd appointment went smoothly.

This was y first time here at Aspen Dental Ave I couldn鈥檛 have felt more welcomed. The front office was friendly and the environment was very clean. My dental assistant, Azsa was wonderful!!! She was friendly, caring, patient and very informative. She鈥檚 very kind and personable. She explained everything to me and answered all the questions I had. My first visit here was a pleasure to have.

I called and received a same day appointment. Dental pain was unbearable all night long馃挃
I arrived and the Customer Service was Amazingingly Friendly, Professional and Educational regarding my gums and projection of getting me well and out of pain.
Dr Brown was patient in explaining my symptoms and to find out my tooth was cracked馃槺
Everyone was helpful and Ms Latoya helped me find financing that I was approved for. She took the TIME to Help.
