I had an amazing experience with Dr. Nitya Iyer. The staff were warm, welcoming, and highly professional from start to finish. My concerns were addressed promptly, and the scheduling process was smooth and hassle-free.
James was especially helpful in clearly explaining the insurance plans and was very attentive to my needs. Thank you for the excellent care and support!

Everyone was friendly and caring throughout the process. No one wants to be at the dentist and the staff and doctor put you at ease. James was very helpful when reviewing my treatment plan. Highly recommend!

There is not enough words to express how thankful I am for the staff at the cranberry location! This was my first time going there and I had the best experience I could have asked for. They fit me into the schedule quickly and got everything I needed so that I could have surgery. They made the process so easy and explained everything to me. I would Recommend them to anyone who needs any type of dental care!

Never go here if you want a smooth billing experience. They sent me to collections over a $380 charge that was entirely due to their compounding incompetence, and I am still getting calls about the debt today despite insisting the debt needs to be validated.
I had my wisdom teeth removed here in 2022. I pre paid the $250 expected deductible from my dental plan. When dental was billed they denied the claim as they stated it needed to go through my medical insurance first, a seemingly straightforward process. It took from May of 2022 to August of 2022 to get Aspen to correctly send the medical claim. Not to get a response from medical, no, it took them that long just to correctly send a claim. I had to escalate to a manager and get them to send me a printout of the HCFA they were using because my medical insurance kept rejecting the claims due to incorrect information. Despite me providing them my medical insurance information several times, they made the following mistakes: wrong date of birth, wrong name (assuming my husband's last name was mine despite me providing a driver's license with my maiden name as it had not been changed), and using their own internal Aspen patient ID as my policy number.
When they finally did submit a medical claim with correct information, the issues were still not over. As expected the medical insurance denied my claim. All my dental insurance needed was a claim denial from my medical insurance in order to pay. Aspen could not get it together enough to send a legible copy of the medical claim denial. According to my dental insurance, Aspen kept sending the same broken document that only showed 1/4 of the claim denial, the rest was cut off. As my insurance couldn't accept a denial EOB from me for this, I kept calling Aspen every month until we were well into 2023 and had passed the timely filing limit for dental. My dental insurance could no longer process my claim because Aspen did not send them the correct information.
Then, Aspen started billing ME for the $380 that was now unpaid due to their screwups. I disputed this amount with them many times. I even went so far as to get my dental insurance to send them a letter explaining why the unpaid balance was not patient responsibility. I was assured it was being looked into, that it would be written off if it was not patient responsibility, etc etc. Well obviously that didn't happen either as it got sent to collections and now no one wants to take responsibility for figuring it out. Collections agencies just keep selling it to another agency. Aspen won't touch it because it's "out of their hands" now. And I continue to receive harassing calls for a debt confirmed to not be my responsibility by all insurance companies involved.
I have 7 years of experience working in medical insurance, which is the only reason I got as far as I did with those calls. Without knowing how to read a HCFA, without knowing what questions to ask of both insurances, I would have been stuck with promises from Aspen that it was being handled when it demonstrably was not. Despite all my knowledge my account still falsely ended up in collections. How can anyone trust that their account will be billed correctly? How can anyone trust this place to handle their claims?
