I had a very good experience today at the Aspen Dental in Crestview... from the smiling receptionist when I first walked in, to everyone in the back. Miss Quay, the DA who took x-rays had a good sense of humor; Dr. Suji the dentist, was very pleasant and explained the procedure well that I needed to have done; the hygienist, Miss Alisha, was professional and very nice and I really appreciated that she agreed to stay and do my cleaning even though I wasn't on her schedule for today. Also, Miss Kim the OL, was very helpful and a lot of fun! Even Mr. Wyatt, who I think was the manager, gave me some good tips on keeping my dentures clean. So, thank you to everyone of you... it was a great visit.

I had a really great experience with them today. X-rays, exam, and cleaning they managed to get it all done in a single day and they were so kind and gentle, it was a good experience. Shout out to DA - Ashley, the hygienist - Alicia and Dr. Susie… thanks again all. See you next time! Thanks for helping me with my smile.

I was very skeptical regarding seeing a dentist because I already knew that I had to have teeth extracted and needed a partial. I had seen many people who had dentures/partials and in my opinion didn’t look like a professional job was done. But after going to Aspen Dental I was amazed at the kindness, reassurance and professionalism and I don’t want to leave the accuracy I received. Dr Suzi did an amazing job. And Quay was so kind and professional. They went above and beyond to help me understand the process. They both made me feel comfortable and satisfied. I have more work to be done on my mouth. Although I live in Pensacola now I will travel to Crestview for their services. Thank you Dr Suzi and Quay. Keep making patients smile because I can’t stop smiling 😊

My experience was extremely great the staff Levi, Quay, dr. Ye were all so pleasant. By far the best dentist that I have been to. They explained everything thoroughly, and had complete professionalism. The environment was friendly. I would recommend anybody to go to this dentist

I have tried calling multiple times & have emailed the complaint department. Since no one has replied & they just sold the debt to collections, i thought a review of my AWFUL experience here might help. I will be sharing to social media as well.
I had my wisdom teeth removed at your Crestview location and had the worst dental experience of my life. I have been trying to get in touch with somebody for months with no avail.
First of all, I was seriously overcharged for my visit. The doctor wanted to do a biopsy on me and I told him that I could not afford it and my insurance would not cover it, he told me that it would only be $150. When I received my bill. It was $777 for the biopsy. Besides that, I had asked to keep my wisdom teeth for religious reasons and doctor Christian Jimenez sneered and said, “I’ve never heard of any religion that does that.” I felt ridiculed and persecuted for my beliefs. After that he was sarcastic and condescending & I felt like he intentionally hurt me while administering the numbing agent. I have never had a dentist hurt me like that. He aggressively jabbed the needle into the roof of my mouth and other places with no attempt to ease the pain. I have a high pain tolerance and this left me sobbing & unable to contain myself for about 15 minutes. Furthermore, when it was time to remove my wisdom tooth, I could feel him pulling on another one. I stopped him and told him that it needed to be the wisdom tooth that was blocked by the growth and he laughed and said he knew what he was doing. After the visit, once the numbness wore off my other tooth was throbbing and it feels like my bite is off, as if he did loosen it/pull it out of place.
The entire staff was speaking poorly of this doctor and his attitude before I had the procedure, which made me nervous to even go through with it.
I am filing a formal complaint against doctor Christian Jimenez and would like to get my bill resolved asap.
