was sent to this office after manassas made a denture that said was 3d after made then find out there office is a analog office that did not do the 3d like suppose to also filled teeth that hurt weeks after but the review will not allow to write it step by step from 3/4/2025
4/17/25 so then they reline the ones from Manassas cause they did not fit and after reline they still did not fit. 5/13/25 they scanned the denture that Manassas made that did not fit.
5/22/25 went in for a mono block try in that was the 1st try in i was told that there are 3 try ins but she had exhausted all she could that was my 1st try in so I am confused and they did not fit right now i have heard that other aspen lets the patient take the mono block try ins home to wear and u can let them know about things needing changed i never got to do that. 6/5/25 went in saw Dr marc he done some adjustments and we talk and the teeth being to little {he actual said they look like chicklets referring to the candy }they do not fit the frame of my face and i also agreed.6/16/25 went to pick up dentures noticed that the teeth size that me and Dr Marc talked about was not done i asked was told by Dr Hana that the dentures was perfect the way they are.i was not happy she was having a hard time getting them to fit.so finally she told me to give it a few days. i already let her know i do not like the size of teeth. The dentures was rubbing in areas and bite down and back come down..I went to see Elizabeth again to ask about the billing.so got up and was walking out and she was telling me to come back i never said another thing to her i got to my truck and remembered that Manassas told me that i had to return the top to them the day i got the top from Culpeper or i be charged so i took them in and i will say Kayla is the sweetest and nicest person there. i ask to see Elizabeth cause that who i was told to give to and i waited a few minutes and i laid on counter i had it wrapped up cause nobody wants to mess with people denture .i called days after trying to reach out sent emails nobody called back then i called and Myra said that i would be getting a call from risk control that they could not see me cause i threw the dentures at the girl and i told her that is not true and they need to pull them cameras cause that is a false statement she is making. well i started calling the number they gave me its the billing not risk control and they transfer me back to Culpeper they said that its not a Corp matter and that it has to be handled at the office. i was told the office sent out a letter well they wrote a letter on 6/20/25 and never put it in the mail till 7/23/25 certified letter and its has the date stamped when it was mailed out to tell me i was no longer a patient. then i was charged for my final dentures on bottom which i do not have i have healing dentures and after months of calling billing office and then i sent paperwork showing to delta dental they called several times spoke to Elizabeth . after months of calling corp and delta Elizabeth did finally say that it was a mistake that i was billed but then turned around and billed me 729 for bottom healing denture. Its said on my billing statement to delta that the service date was 10/08/2025 well that can not be possible they dismissed 6/20/2025 Dr Hana telling me to give it a couple days to see if liked well i called back the day after.then July 29 seen a prosthodontist and he says same thing the teeth do not even look like they were made for me. i was told i had to go to the surgeon. The surgeon says maxilla reveals sharp areas of the inferior plates that where used to secure the LEFORT I osteotomy there is erythema and significant discomfort when patients wears prosthesis.
I am still stuck with a denture does not fit and I am having to pay care credit for it .All i wanted was to have a beautiful smile and now I am ashamed to go out in public

Great experience from start to finish! The office was clean, and check-in was quick and efficient. The dental assistants, hygienist, and provider were all friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit.
My kids actually enjoyed their appointments, which says a lot! Everything was explained clearly, and I really appreciated the transparency in the workup and overall care plan to support my dental health.
Highly recommend this office for families and anyone who may be a little nervous about going to the dentist!

Mayra was amazing. She answered all of my questions and gave me options I didn't know I had. She was patient with me and ran through all of the possible scenarios, ways to save money and payment options. When I came back she remembered me. She was SUPER helpful and kind.
Dr. Gaitan was wonderful, and so was his assistant. They walked me through everything, and they made it as comfortable for me as it could be based on the procedure I was getting. I havent been to the dentist in a long time, but I will definitely keep on going to them to get all future work done. Makes me hate going to the dentist a little less馃槀

I鈥檝e had nothing but excellent treatment there. They鈥檙e very experienced, so they know what they鈥檙e doing. I had extensive work done and I never felt any pain. I had an implant and tooth extracted and I was terrified. The dentist was gentle and I didn鈥檛 feel anything.
I would highly recommend them. They care about their patients. The nurses there are excellent too.
