Hello all,
I was in eminence pain from a bad tooth. I called them around 8am and they were able to get me in at 9:30am that morning. The staff was very professional and polite. The dental assistant was very good at her job. Did all the X-rays and moved things along very quickly. The doctor was professional and explained things very well. He did my tooth extraction quick and with little to no pain. I was out of there by 10:30. Was a good experience giving the reason I was there. Lol I would highly recommend them. Thank you Aspen for the great service. I feel great now!!

I had a great experience here! I am dealing with a lot of pain from my wisdom teeth and needed a cleaning on very short notice. They were able to get me in last minute, which I really appreciated. The dental hygienist was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free visit, especially considering how much discomfort I was in before. Highly recommend!

Nothing but issues with Aspen.. 18k for dentures with bottom implants and one of the hardware for my implants has already failed.. On my first visit the office manager said I had no choice and had to have bottom implants! All this after it took a whole year for me to even get my teeth in the first place because of the Danville offices failure to order the things needed before my scheduled appointments. I’ve only had my permanents a little over a month and I’m now without teeth yet again and I have to drive 2 hrs to get this corrected. Still back and forth and no teeth. Now 4 different aspens Had to go all the way to Springfield today to my original surgeon to get answers.. etc there’s more to the story however this is not acceptable.. watch your statements too. I was told my insurance didn’t cover anything and they were billed and paid out 3k. Traveling to Springfield they are doing me right but There’s no reason I should have left that office in tears today when this job should have been done right start to finish Danville has been nothing but incompetent. I want my money back and will b calling corporate if need be and an attorney..

I started going to Aspen Dental about 2 years ago. I am very pleased with the work I've had done since my first visit & I highly recommend them for any type of dental work you need done. The staff is very friendly & will make sure you are comfortable with any procedure you're having done. They offer a variety of services in the office that other dentist don't so they have to send you to another business. Aspen can do it with one visit in some cases.

I am absolutely terrified of going to the dentist but this team is AMAZING. I want to give a shout out to Dr. Odedina, Cheyenne, Katelyn, and Naomi (thank you especially for all the laughs when I was so nervous 🩵). I still have work to be done but they made everything a little less scary for me. I don’t really dread it at all and that’s a big deal! Thank you so much! I’ll never go anywhere else as long as I live here in Danville! 🩵
