The staff at the Daphne was wonderful and friendly. I had a quick appointment in the afternoon but the technician had gone for the day. When I returned the following morning I was met with the same wonderful staff as on the prior day. My visit was more of a drop off and repair. The wait time for me was minimal. When I had appointments with other dental offices, I waited hours before anyone saw me. It was like a hurry up and wait. That was not the case with me at this office. The conversations not related to my visit were enjoyable. The repair was to be expected, professional and quick, same day service. The only reason for not receiving a five star is the price. It was just a little more than expected but worth it for time saved and peace of mind. I would continue to visit the Daphne location team for future dental needs. This is just one person experience which turned out to be a great visit.

When making an appointment they tell you everything you want to hear but when you get there they don't do as said. Needed a temporary fill for a broken tooth to get through a holiday. They assured me I could get it at the appointment. They didn't do it as promised. On a good note the staff at the facility were nice.

I left another review a couple weeks ago and clearly Aspen Dental must have deleted my negative review.
What I said was that I have no idea how this place has such high reviews, that many of the positive reviews must be fake because this is a horrible place.
We are preparing a formal complaint to the Alabama Board of Dentistry, and I encourage anyone unfortunate enough to be a customer of Aspen Dental to do the same, since they've done nothing to help us or stand behind their work.

As a coward when it comes to the dentist every staff member I met put me at ease. The options are affordable and the office manager a kind and compassionate man. Thank you Aspen for a pleasant experience!
