Joshua was fantastic with me. A year ago when I came to the office, everything felt so overwhelming! The cost, the amount of treatments, everything! To deal with the stress, I just didn't show. As time went on, I started to have more issues with my oral hygiene. I pregammed by amping up my delta dental insurance and making my teeth a priority for 2026.
Coming into the office, everyone was so kind. Shout out to the imaging tech that took me in. She was so patient with me gagging every 2 seconds 馃槀. The dentist and hygienist got straight to the point and helped me understand what my treatment plan would be.
Josh walked me through the entire process of what my treatment plan would be and the cost. He was extremely transparent and fun to talk to. Sharing his own personal experiences made me feel at ease. He was amazing to work with and because of him and the rest of the staff, I'll be returning for my new smile!
Thank you ALL for your hard work and dedication to making people feel comfortable. None of the work goes unnoticed !

My experience with Aspen Dental I must say so far as been great. Charlie the front desk staff set the tone from the moment I called and he made the scheduling process easy. Also, my first appointment went really well. All the staff displayed excellent customer service. And I am absolutely ecstatic about my teeth and I can finally smile again with confidence. The process literally only took four appointments to complete. I like to sincerely thank all the staff for your commitment and dedication to go above and beyond. Aspen Dental exceeded my expectations.

I had motto clear aligner at AspenDental in Dedham. Dr Medeiros and his team are amazing. This is the most affordable place I have found to give my smile a second chance. They are efficient, caring, and has financing option that fits everyone needs. #mottoclearaligners. High recommended.

Great experience! Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly! Big shout out to Zella for all her help, explaining everything in detail before seeing the Dr & her endless kindness!! Dr. Strek was so comforting & gentle. I鈥檝e never had a cavity before and she made the experience effortless! I almost broke down in tears after my visit with their hygienist Tiffany, who gave me the most thorough dental cleaning experience I鈥檝e ever had, as well as a huge confidence boost when I looked in the mirror and saw beautiful white teeth reflected back. Their team is amazing! I highly recommend choosing Aspen Dental Dedham! Thanks so much!! :D

Unfortunately, I had a couple disappointing experiences at a previous dental office, but my first experience (for an emergency visit) with Aspen Dental was honestly fantastic! Today I went back to establish care fully, and the team there was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable.
Dr. Medeiros was very kind and answered any and every question I had. Tiffany, the hygienist, was also very knowledgeable and kind. My last stop for today's visit was figuring out insurance, but Joshua, the operations manager, was VERY patient, helpful, and took the time to break down everything for me so there were no doubts as to what treatments would be occurring, their costs, etc.
I'd highly recommend Aspen Dental!
