The manager Lexi is the sweetest soul and the most efficient worker I have seen while going to this Aspen location. She truly was the light of my day and really makes this place a comfortable environment. She helped me pick the best treatment plan that works for me and I couldn’t thank her enough.

We went to get stitches removed for my fiancé as she had previously gotten her wisdom teeth removed. We called and they immediately got us an appointment. We want to thank the office manager Mrs. Margie, the attending dental assistant Ms. Kassidy and the dentist Dr. G for the warm welcome and prompt service. They were a huge help in getting everything taken care of and handled. We would definitely recommend them again for future dental visits and procedures.

On my first visit which was an SATURDAY, & everything was Amazing! The XRAY tech was so down to earth, friendly and made everything comfortable. The hygienist was nice, the Dentist extremely nice and down to earth. The office manager friendly. I waited to do my review until after to see how it went and remained. I called before the second visit to ask the office manager questions, unfortunately I got no call back. I went to my appointment for my cleaning, the hygienist was nice but I must say, I’ve never had a cleaning hurt and I do them every 6 months or more. This was my first time at Aspen DeLand as I needed to find something closer. Now this cleaning hurt and it was very basic so I’m not sure why and after it didn’t feel clean like it usually does. Again I also asked for the office manager as I had questions and the hygienist advised the office manager was busy and she said she’d call me a second time and again no call back still a week later. Now I will say I do plan on going back for my next cleaning because they are nice, and convenient for me and we’ll see how it goes. I’ll add to this post then In 6 more months. I have a three and sadly I was really hoping to give five with Joe great my just time get but after a painful cleaning and no return calls I had to go with a three.

Had a great experience at Aspen Dental with Lexi. She was super friendly and really informative. She took the time to answer all my questions and made everything easy to understand. Definitely made the visit way less stressful than I expected.

While on vacation for the week, with my family, I had a known tooth issue flare up. 6 weeks earlier, I had X-Rays and a complete exam on all my teeth with the dentist noting a root canal or extraction was needed on said tooth. With insurance, at my Aspen Dental, back home, it was going to cost $150. Fast forward to today, I called this location, an hour away, with the receptionist stating it would be the same price or even completely covered. When I arrived she said I was going to have to pay over $200 for the Dental exam and a new X-Ray before they could even quote me on how much the extraction would cost. Basically a $200 quote. When asking roughly a range of how much an extraction would cost they wouldn't tell me unless I paid the $200. I understand the business aspect of Dental work, but with existing records from 6 weeks earlier, being a current customer of Aspen and being in writhing pain, I expected an upfront cost or range knowing the situation. I ended up walking out and going to a clinic for some amoxicillin to hold me over until I could get home. Money grab, would not recommend this location when other locations even gave me a rough estimate over the phone but with no appts available.
