Amelia was such a wonderful lady. Bright and happy. I was very blessed to get her. I feel the same regarding Dr. C. She was such a delight. Felt save and not anxious. I was seen in the Dothan office.

I wish every doctors office was as professionally operated as this Aspen dental office in Enterprise Alabama is. The entire staff of this office should be the poster child for how customer service is supposed to be done! My wife and I are completely in awe of this staff. What a great group everyone polite, smiles everywhere! Whoever reads this needs to know my background to understand why I am so adamant about how great this place is. I worked for The Brunswick bowling Corp for 35 years as a manager in the downtown and metro Atlanta area. I've been in customer service my entire professional life. I know what great customer service is because we were the best of the best in the bowling business. Thank you Aspen dental and the staff, shout out to Morgan and Tapanga for their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile for my wife and I and our rambling questions. Job well done!! Very pleasant, everyone was very informative. They explained the pricing and everything they even helped me win. My insurance was wrong.Man and I paid out a pocket.But they still helped me get through everything 10/10 will be going back

Madalyn was very kind from the moment she started my scans, which really set the tone for my appointment. I then met with Lorri, the dental hygienist, and she really eased my nerves by just being so informative, sweet, and assuring. Dr. Botera came, and provided me with a walk through of my areas of concern so I knew exactly what could be done, what's expected, and my options. I finished things off speaking with Nautica, and her lovely personality made talking about the pricing (something everyone hates) easier. (Aries twin!). I had a great experience here today and I'm grateful for them making what's such a nerve-racking process, as easy as possible!

Came in in to get my crown glued back on, they quoted me almost 4000.00 this place is lost. They're ever loving mind. You can go to any dentist in town and get a brand new one done for around 1200. And we're run away from this place as fast as you can. $4000 seems to be their magic number. Just about everybody that walked in the door they told them their bill was going to be between 3000 and $4000. These people are crazy
