Awful experience - initially was told one price and one set of procedures. I had all my appointments booked and scheduled. I go in and get what I assumed was all of my work work done - surprise, after they’re done doing some of the work, my planned procedures has changed and there’s almost double the amount of work now with an additional appointment required.
The receptionist missed that I had already prepaid nearly $500 and almost double charged me for it. Complete scam of a “practice”, feels like an oil change spot for your mouth.

From the time I got my dentures about a year or two ago, maybe more, everything was great. And today I went to pick up my dentures because one of my front teeth broke and they did an awesome job in such a short time. They looked wonderful and my whole family is happy. Also my insurance covered it and that made me even happier. The entire staff is awesome. Very helpful, patient, and understanding. I really think this is the best place to go for any kind of dental work.

I had a broken tooth in my denture, I called 7 different dentists they priced me between 500 - 1000 dollars,, I have no insurance. When I called Aspen Dental in Dundalk, they were kind, caring, and told me to come on in. Which I did, had a visit for $29.00, other places were 200 to 300 dollars, I saw the sweet denture lady who gave me a price of $122.00 and it was fixed the same day. I will never use another dentist, I will sing your praises to everyone I know. Best experience ever!!!!!

Without sharing too many details The office fails to sometimes follow through with anything on the phone until the next day or the day after that if at all considering their prices I would suggest improvements in that regard. You should never leave a patient in pain that over the counters can't handle and you've been informed of that

Nice clean bldg. XRAY tech professional. New patient. First appointment at 8am. Had XRAYS done only.put in an exam room for an hour not seen was told doctor was still with first patient which was not the truth. Rescheduled. One dentist Mon- Friday not good
Will go back for reschedule hope it will be better.
