I recently underwent a K9 tooth extraction, bone graft, implant, and crown procedure at Aspen Dental in Easton, PA under the care of Dr. Douglas Jacobus, and I can confidently say this was the best dental surgical experience I have ever had. Having undergone implant procedures with other oral surgeons in the past, I have a solid basis for comparison, and Dr. Jacobus exceeded every expectation from start to finish. From the initial consultation through the surgical procedure and follow-up care, Dr. Jacobus demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, precision, confidence, and technical expertise. His attention to detail, calm demeanor, and ability to explain every step of the process immediately established trust and confidence. The procedure itself went smoother than I anticipated, and the quality of the final result has been outstanding. It is very clear that Dr. Jacobus is not only highly experienced, but also a deeply knowledgeable and accomplished scholar in his field with remarkable achievements behind his name. Equally impressive was the entire staff at Aspen Dental Easton. Dr. Jacobus’ assistant was absolutely fantastic — professional, attentive, reassuring, and highly skilled. The senior dentist, front office staff, and financial administrators were all courteous, organized, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Everyone worked together seamlessly to create an experience that was both comfortable and stress-free. I honestly could not be more satisfied with the care I received. It is rare today to find a practice that combines technical excellence with outstanding patient care the way Aspen Dental Easton does. Like myself, I would strongly recommend Dr. Douglas Jacobus and Aspen Dental Easton to friends and family without hesitation. I will absolutely return in the future for additional dental work knowing I am in exceptionally capable hands.

My experience with the wait times at this office was extremely frustrating. Patients should not have to wait an excessive amount of time to be seen without clear communication or consideration for their schedules. What was most disappointing was the response when the concern was brought to the staff’s attention. Instead of showing empathy or trying to accommodate the situation, I was told that if I had other things to do, I could simply come back another day. That response felt dismissive and unprofessional. Everyone’s time is valuable, and patients deserve better communication and respect when delays happen. I hope the office works on improving both their scheduling practices and how patient concerns are addressed.

I had such a great experience at Aspen Dental! The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. My hygienist, Alessia, was amazing…so gentle, thorough, and really took the time to explain everything and make me feel comfortable. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. Highly recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience during my visit. I waited almost two hours to be seen by a provider, which felt extremely excessive for a scheduled appointment. During that time, multiple staff members walked past while on their phones, which gave the impression that patients waiting were not a priority. While sitting in the waiting area, I also overheard the office manager having very personal and inappropriate conversations that made the environment feel uncomfortable and unprofessional for a medical office. When I was finally called back to see the dental provider, the appointment felt rushed. My main concern was not fully addressed, and instead I felt like the focus shifted toward recommending additional services that did not seem necessary rather than resolving the issue I originally came in for. Overall, the long wait time, lack of professionalism, and rushed care left a very poor impression.

The first day and today's experience was awesome ,no pain just a great job from the staff. They are my new office of great dentistry. 👍 will recommend to anybody 👌
