Came in as a new patient for jaw pain, appt scheduled painlessly, showed up and was promptly brought back for X-rays (Jacey was amazing!) and inspection. They determined I needed a root canal on one of my molars, I was very lucky and the doctor that could perform the procedure was in that day and got me in. Kate was helping me up front, made sure I knew the price breakdown and made everything run smoothly. Had the root canal done, clean and prep, and a temp crown installed in a matter of hours, the pain is gone and I already have an appt for the permanent crown to go in. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Beard and his team are amazing. Great customer service make you feel comfortable. It’s already hard enough and scary enough to go to the dentist. Don’t worry about that here. This is your choice. Special shout out to Aaliyah. She does an amazing job. Great customer service.

Our experience at Aspen Dental Ellsworth was definitely a pleasure, as much as a dental visit can be. Everyone was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and some were even fun! Kate did an amazing job expediting the scheduling and payment process for us. If you must have extensive dental work done, my husband and I strongly recommend Kate and Aspen Dental Ellsworth.

My experience was perfect from start to finish. I have high anxiety when it comes to dental work but that went away the second Kate took me back! She’s amazing and was there to support me through the whole process. Ashley at the checkout desk was also very kind! She’s very personable and informative. I highly recommend getting work done at this location.

Aspen dental has a very good and knowledgeable team. Fast, efficient, and pleasant to deal with. I did have some issues with the dentist on my first evaluation. But everyone has there days. We addressed the issues I had competently and effectively. I returned for a tough long root extraction and she did a fantastic job.
I will be returning soon for a consultation on further dental work. No regrets here.
