I came here to get a full set of dentures after having the same pair for 7 years(i has gotten themelsewhere). I'm updating from my earlier post where I had just started the process. After taking the mold of my mouth i came back for the wax try-in. After a few wax try ins, i have the okay and they made the dentures. When I went to pick them up the top had no suction at all.. they fell right off. so they did a hard reline and in that process the bite was way off center from there. I was really annoyed because I had to wait another 2 weeks before they started the process to make a new set. I called multiple times to try to get a sooner appointment but it never happened. After patiently waiting I go back and start the mold all over again, did the wax try-ins all over again and eventually I got my new dentures! They aren't as white as I wanted which i was a little bummed with because of the dentures i chose were one step down from the most expensive one. They are add white as I could get and I'm very happy with my new teeth! I was very happy with the staff they were very kind! I was nervous after reading all of the bad reviews. In the end, the dentist made sure that I had dentures that fit me and didn't hesitate to remake them at all. So overall I had a good experience! You just need to be patient and trust the process!

Everyone was very nice and got us in right away, but I was a little disappointed that they only gave us the quote for the most expensive set of dentures and kind of pushed it as being the best deal, which we did agree to. But when I asked what the next tier down was, they said they couldn't tell me since they had already ran the higher price tier through our insurance. But we've only been for the first visit so we will see how things go.

The staff was friendly! Prices are steep. Didn’t have any issues with my visit; the front desk, techs, dentist, office manager were all very nice and explained everything well, i just don’t think i’ll return for any major procedures due to pricing. Their deep cleaning costs are definitely a bit out there compared to others, as well as their oral surgeon not accepting insurance, making the costs skyrocket. Although, the price for their aligners I would say are fair.

⸻ I had an absolutely amazing experience at Aspen Dental — truly a 5-star visit from start to finish! Covie, the receptionist, is incredible. She’s knowledgeable about insurance, makes scheduling effortless, and if you ever need to reschedule, she handles it with complete ease and kindness. She’s truly the face of the office — you can literally hear her smile through the phone. Seri, the technician, is simply wonderful. She made me feel like my smile was the star of a photo shoot! I felt so confident and cared for that I honestly didn’t want to leave. And then there’s Dr. Abdullah — “DOC” as everyone calls him. His energy is unmatched. You can feel the positivity throughout the office. At one point, I could even hear him vibing to “Jerusalema” in the background — it just showed how happy and connected the team is. It’s clear this is a workplace where people genuinely love what they do. DOC has a special way of making every patient feel important, and that same energy carries through the entire staff. I’m so grateful I chose this office. Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had — I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Coming into the office and checking in was easy receptionist was very bright and helpful. The doctor executed a detailed plan for the procedure and was very informative. Seri the nurse was gorgeous and very gentle and caring. She took very good care of me and needs a raise asap! I definitely recommend and will be continuing to come here for my dental needs!
