I recently visited Aspen Dental in ephrata , and I have to say, the experience was nothing short of outstanding! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile, which immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome. The entire office is spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail is impressive. It’s clear that patient comfort and cleanliness are top priorities here!
A special shoutout to Iszabel, the consultant I had the pleasure of working with. She was absolutely phenomenal! Iszabel took the time to explain every aspect of my treatment plan with such patience and clarity, making sure I understood all my options. Her professionalism and care were evident, and I truly felt like she had my best interests at heart.

My first experience was one a of friendly knowledgeable staff. They were kind and helpful and very good at what they do. The dentist was also great and explained to me the options in detail from best case to last case. I did feel a bit guilty for not being able to do what he wanted but could only afford what I could. I go back soon for my my treatment and will post accordingly. So far I am very happy. Aspen Dental Ephrata, Pa

First time here and will not be returning. Moved to the area and needed a new provider for my regular cleanings. Aspen dental took my insurance and thought itd be nice to try a place that looked up to date. When I arrived, the place was clean and the receptionist very friendly. When I finally got in, I had to get xrays and I've never seen someone take xrays so fast. The poor lady was running back and forth as if she were trying to get her steps in. Once I got seated, the Dr. Came in and looked at my xrays and right away mentioned that one of my teeth had a potential cavity on the way that I could choose nothing to do about it and let it get worse over time and then need painful drilling or I can get a treatment on it today to stop it from developing. Then the hygienist comes in and did a check and then sent me right out to the payment location where I was then asked about all of these extra procedures to do. Somehow my free cleaning turned to being $636. They had added up all these extra services and were extremely pushy. The guy even said "oh... Well.. These are important. You wouldn't want to get gum gingivitis would you?" they wanted to do a gum treatment, screen for cancer, a fluoride treatment and then to treat the tooth. The sucker I am, I declined everything else and agreed I'd do the $110 service to treet my one tooth. Regret this.. Because all the guy did was spray something nasty on it which went down my throat and tasted horrible and quickly coated it. So who knows if that's effective. But also, that was the fastest cleaning ever. It was so painful and I could tell the hygienist was rushing. At one point the doctor came in and asked if he was almost done and then began to tell him what he needed him to do with the patient next door. Somehow I was there for two hours though, even though everything was rushed once inside. This is not that homey dentist experience where you get to pick a toy from a treasure box and the dentist ask about your name and what you do for work or what your summer plans and vacations are. This is an operation that is so obviously run by quotas and trying to make money off of you. You're a number and it's an in and out operating system. It's sad. And I will not be returning. Watch out!

I got my dental implants through them. I’m young and not once did I feel judged. I was never miss treated. Was scheduled in a timely matter and always made sure everything was great before I left. Even after having them, any problem I have they are quick to schedule and fix it. And my smile?! Definitely money well spent.

I was really nervous to go to Aspen dental because I have heard a lot of horror stories and seen many bad reviews but I was at a loss after a terrible experience with my previous dentist. I planned on just going for a second opinion because they don’t take my insurance but I will be going to this location for the foreseeable future. I did wait a little long before my first appointment but everyone was so kind to me. Dr.Ahmad was very compassionate and I could tell he really cares about what he does. I finally feel like there’s hope in my dental journey. Alyx put together the pricing and treatment plan for me at his desk, didn’t miss a single detail, him and Ahmad did absolutely everything to ensure I was getting the best treatment for my budget. I really recommend this location!
