I had such a wonderful experience at the Aspen Dental office in Hamilton! After previously going to the Lebanon location, the difference was night and day.
At the Lebanon office, I was told I needed a lot of additional dental work and was given a very expensive treatment plan. Wanting a second opinion, I went to the Hamilton office, where they thoroughly evaluated everything and found that I only needed one small cavity filled. Not only was the procedure quick and completely painless, but the cost was significantly lower than what I had been quoted at the Lebanon office.
From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable. The staff explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. They were professional, caring, and genuinely seemed to care about my comfort and dental health.
I'm so glad I decided to get a second opinion and switch to the Hamilton location. They earned my trust, and I'll definitely be returning for my future dental care. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Hamilton to anyone looking for honest, compassionate, and affordable dental care!

I have never had an experience like this at the dentist before. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They were able to get me in as a new patient the same day I called and helped fix my pain. The dentist himself spent a lot of time with me, was very calming and genuinely seemed to care about me as a patient. That's rare to experience these days as most dentists can't be bother to spend more than 5 minutes with you. Highly recommend this office and would give 10 stars if I could!

The oral surgeon was very rude and intimidating/ not patient at all. The assistant was so sweet and very assuring and helped keep me calm through the panic attack from my surgery. I felt a sharp crack on one of my teeth and had to be re numbed and instead of comforting me after the pain the surgeon just seemed to be very annoyed. If you are aggravated with your job and people with a fear of needles of surgery, learn to control your emotions or maybe find something less inconvenient for you. I will not recommend any of my friends to have any extractions here because of the hostility and rudeness. Again the assistant and other workers are such sweethearts though ! The only reason I felt the need for two stars , was for them.

I had a great experience. I had an emergency situation and they got me in and fixed the issue. I had a bad experience with a previous Aspen and wasn't gonna go back. My husband started going to this location and has had nothing but great experiences. The staff is warm and friendly and always willing to help. Thank you staff for assisting me and my husband.

The office was able to get me in within a day. I had a tooth pulled by Dr. Kahn. He did a great job. It's been a slow recovery because the tooth was so big. Everbody in the office were very nice and accommodating. Overall I recommend Aspen Dental for all your dental needs.
