Doctor Morgan is absolutely incredible. Words cannot explain. Gentle yet efficient. He is extremely knowledgeable and he makes you calm. The entire team of ladies here are remarkable. Their warm spirits really set the tone for your visit. Go see Aspen Dental at Fairview, you won’t regret it. By the way, I had a root canal performed in an hour and didn’t feel one thing, not even the novacane shots.

I am a new patient. Had my new patient visit and really feel good about moving forward. Everyone was kind and very accommodating. So far a wonderful experience but I I will follow up after my cleaning scheduled. Very enjoyable experience.

DO NOT go to this place for dental services unless you want to be scammed. They are known in the dental community for lying to get more money out of your services, and I caught them in a lie myself. I came here for an exam after I hadn't been to a dentist in years (insurance issues) around the middle of last year. They had a discount thing for just an exam, and I had issues with tmj at the time as well so I wanted to get an estimate on a mouth guard as well. During the exam I was told I absolutely needed a special cleaning. They explained that bacteria was deep in my gums and that flossing and brushing would no longer get the bacteria out, and that it could lead to severe issues if I didn't get the cleaning done asap. The estimate for this cleaning was over 1200 dollars as I did not have insurance. On top of that the estimate for the mouth guard was over 500 and the exam ended up being around 50 more than discussed before the exam took place. I have since gotten insurance that Aspen thankfully does not take. I just went to a dentist much closer to me and to my surprise, they told me that I absolutely did not need that deep cleaning, and that they regularly get clients that are told by Aspen that they need unnecessary work done. They told me that my teeth are nearly perfect (aside from two small cavities and a chipped filling), and that if I needed the type of cleaning I was told to get, they absolutely would've been able to tell since I have not had any dental work done in between seeing Aspen and my new dentist. I had no way to know Aspen was lying to get more money and I am so grateful that I ended up somewhere with honest providers before I felt pressured to fork over money I didn't have in fear of having severe dental issues. The fact that Aspen was trying to take advantage of me when I didn't have insurance is disgusting.

I hadn't planned on going to any dentist, .but after my bridge was falling out, I was able to get a same day appointment with Aspen in Fairview Park OH. Needless to say I was not happy. After arriving there, they put me at ease. Everyone was very pleasant and I was able to calm myself. I could tell that each employee had much respect for Dr.Morgan, as each one spoke highly of.him and assured me that I was in great hands, which turned out to be true. Each employee, no matter which job they were assigned to knew what to do and worked with me on a professional level. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental in Fairview Park OH.

I was able to get same day appointment with the app. Which was very easy to use. The staff was polite, courteous, and very helpful and answered all my questions. I was able to leave with a Treatment plan in hand. And they were very thorough to go over pricing and my payment options. Overall a great experience.
