Had to come in for a troublesome wisdom tooth. Called several places before landing on Aspen dental. They were able to get me in just under 3 hours after my initial call, much faster than any of the previously mentioned places. Once the x-rays and 3D mouth scans were completed by kendall ,who was very considerate and delicate with the aforementioned tools. I saw everything captured on a monitor easily from the dental chair. The hygienist, Lauren ,quickly assessed my gum health and told me I had good teeth. I was shocked by her admitance of only a year on the job, but i could tell she was passionate and experienced. After the obvious was recommended... removal of the problem. JJ made getting financed easy and the options were reasonable. I also was able to secure future cleanings on the same financed agreement. Dr Mulkey made my weekend long problem disappear in less than 10 minutes. Most of that time was spent waiting for the anesthetics to kick in. Really just wanted to congratulate this establishment for having great staff and giving quick help in my time of need. My only complaint is the seating in the lobby is looking a little drab and could do with some replacement but this place helps alot of people so id expect the seats to be worn.

Can't give a zero. Went in for first visit and I knew I needed work done(doesn't take long to see it's all about the money looking back). Get visits and care set up. Told to come back they had a care package for me but they were out of stock. When I did get it I went back to look at my bill and I was charged two hundred dollars for it and was never told that( shame on me).
Second appointment went in no problem. The third is where it hit the fan. I came in and they told me that there was a one hundred and sixty six dollar charge. I know I have no co-pay. They claimed it was for my deductible. Of course I told them that makes no sense because I had paid for all of the treatments up front and that I had already reached it. None of this was explained when the treatment was paid for. I'm now speaking to the woman in charge of the office. As we are talking the man in front of her was looking up who set all this up(I knew it was her). She sees the screen with her name and here comes the excuse "I don't remember". We started talking again and I mentioned something to her we talked about and she then says "I do remember you". Then in true fashion more excuses about turnover, her first week and she didn't know.
The icing was I made one more appointment. I get a message they need to change it. After being on hold for forty five minutes I gave up. The people that were doing the work did a great job and I wanted to give them a chance but I wouldn't trust the billing department to sell Girl Scout cookies. So Aspen Dental you had a year of screwing up. Enjoy the money I'm out!!!!!

. Staff was very kind and courteous. Was brought back at my schedule appointment time, Doctor was with me promptly, was very thorough at explaining options, procedures, and addressed any concerns I had. Afterwards Jamie did a wonderful job breaking down the financial side of things, giving me a multitude of options and resources to help with financing.

I honestly had the best experience at Aspen Dental. People talk bad about them all the time, but that wasn鈥檛 my experience at all. Dr. Elisa was wonderful, and Jamie, the orientation manager, made everything so easy. The whole staff was kind the second I walked through the door. They treated me with real respect, and it meant a lot. They definitely get a high rating from me.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would in a heart beat. Absolutely amazing staff that treats you with respect and professionalism every moment you are in their facility. I hate having any kind of dental work done but every member of their team was so happy and extremely nice that it made the visits a breeze. From the manager of the facility to Dr. Mulkey and her staff, they are top tier people and are the reason I'll keep coming back for any future work needed. 馃馃榿
