Rhonda gave me a deep cleaning on my teeth today. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Dr. D did the other work that I was scheduled for. He is very kind and compassionate as well. Charlie also helped me today. She is awesome. I am glad that I decided to go to Aspen dental for my dental knees!

I was a new patient and was having work done the employees were nice but at the end of my appointment I was given a bag with toothpaste a water flosser and an electric toothbrush i was shocked that I received it. I thought the price fro my appointment was a little pricey but I trusted that I was getting charged properly for the services I ordered. On the ride home I decided to call to see if I was charged for the product and I was more than a third of the price. I called and was promised a refund and was refused a refund for the electric toothbrush that was opened. I understand if I asked for the toothbrush and then wanted to take it back after being opened but I never asked for it. And Dr. Mann is not that friendly the women working there were pretty nice but I do not recommend this location they scammed me.

Dr. Mann claims that I couldn’t get hurt having x -rays taken. But when the X-ray tech, gets her feet wrapped in the cord, and rushed out to push the button. And my wing bite piece comes flying out of my mouth. Clears the items off the supply table. What a jerk to my head. Ask if I was okay. Told her I was getting a headache. She brought me back 2 pills. No where in my records mentioned of accident or giving me something for my headache. Dr. Refuse to pay for any therapy. I asked him to put that on paper and sign it. He refused. So someone was practicing medicine without a license? No incident report. I don’t think he was very professional. Is it a coverup? 2 months later I still have headaches. Right now it’s a 4 plus. Refuses to tell me their insurance Co. name. He expects my insurance to cover it. ( WRONG). My insurance company called them and got the runaround. Visit at your own risk. Florissant Missouri location This is the short version of my story.

When entering the office we were greeted very warmly by the front desk staff. While in the waiting room we noticed that the receptionist was kind and patient with the people on the phone. When the assistant came out to the waiting room we noticed that she and the receptionist had kind interactions. You could tell that it was genuine. It gets better, the dentist was the most gentle dentist that I ever experienced. He was a great listener and guess what, he spoke to me kindly and was very patient with me! Who would have ever thought that you could have a good experience at the dentist office! They were prompt with all of my appointments. I have already recommended them to my friends and family.

From the time that I walk in the door, I always get a warm welcome from the Dedra, the receptionist, who is very proficient, professional, very helpful, and kind. I always enjoy seeing and/or meeting wth Lynn. Her soft smile is. very kind and welcoming. She is very helpful, knowledgeable. Lynn goes above and beyond in her duties to assist me. I must say that all staff are equally as kind and helpful
