ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I haven’t been able to get to a dentist in many years and I was terrified. Aspen dental got me in, reassured me and helped me with my severe infected teeth. They also took the time to make sure all my appointments are scheduled. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! This will be my go to dentist for years to come! The doctors are so amazing and understanding and the staff is compassionate and very helpful. 5 stars all the way!

Been with Aspen for years, used to live in Illinois. Moved to Minnesota and figured I'd try the Forest Lake Aspen, since they have my dental records already. They are great, they explain everything and they are very friendly. I really like the staff, they were all very welcoming. I look forward to my future dental care, I know I'm in good hands. My dentist went over all my concerns and put my mind at ease.

Extremely unprofessional every time we are in. The receptionist shouts everyone’s business to everyone in the waiting room! Their personal information about their dental visit, for instance you have a cavity! Also, their finances, you have an unpaid bill for x amount of dollars! Very loudly! No privacy here or respect for what may be private information.

This office is amazing! Each and every one of the people working at the office strive to meet the patient expectations with a good attitude trying to do what is best for patient's care while understanding that each situation is unique and some things are out of an individual's control. Amanda is wonderful and very thorough. The check in process is easy! Great JOB Forest Lake Aspen Dental team!

First and foremost if I could give this place zero Stars I would. I have had a couple appointments at this dentist office and it seems like every time you go in there they're only concern is to try and squeeze every dime out of you they can instead of actually performing work to benefit you. My first appointment they tried to overcharge and recommend work not needed. They wanted to pull teeth that were giving me no issues just because they were pulling other teeth. Also in calling other dentists their prices are about 25-30% higher. As of today 1/17/26 I scheduled an emergency appointment because I am having tooth pain. When I called in to schedule the appointment they tried to tell me how much a check out and X-rays would cost. Keep in mind I have the Aspen dental plan I have paid for already which includes one free check up and X-ray per year. They did not check to see if I had that before trying to charge me. Then when I told them on the phone I had it then magically they found it. So I went in for the appointment and they took 2 photos (JUST 2!!!!!!) They did not do a check up or a full X-ray like the plan I paid for gives. We then proceed to go the the exam room where once again they are trying to recommend a root canal and a cap (understand they recommend this for almost any tooth and condition - they have recommended this on multiple teeth and multiple times before with individuals I know and with myself) Then I am told we can schedule the appointment. WHAT DO YOU MEAN SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT?? THIS IS WHY I MADE THIS APPOINTMENT!!!!! IT WAS TO TAKE CARE OF THIS TOOTH PAIN!!!! IT WAS NOT TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT LATER ON!!!! If you can I would highly recommend finding another place. Yes the dentist was polite but polite doesn't change anything when you feel like your time has been wasted and you were nothing to them but a walking payment plan or check book. So now after everything my tooth is not fixed. The pain is still there. Now because of this I'm am going to have to start new somewhere else because whoever took my appointment, In which I TOLD HER MULTIPLE TIMES THIS APPOINTMENT NEEDS TO BE AN EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT TO FIX MY TOOTH, did not do her job which after reading a lot of recent reviews this seems to be a pattern of unprofessionalism and lack of caring for their clients. Do better because what I received today was just unacceptable.
