We are in the year 2026 and we cant figure out a better way to do x-rays? Those clunky hard plastic blocks that your supposed to bite down on....driving hard edges into the soft tissue of the mouth is positively mid-evil. Then to check gum/tooth health after x-rays...a sharp feeling object is driven between the tooth and gum over amd over at every tooth. My gums don't bleed when I brush or floss....but they were bleeding after that! As she noted out loud after completing her inumeration of gum penetration depth. The people were nice, but the experience was tramatic. Left alone tasting the blood now leaking from my gums as the nurse discusses the results with the doctor. In the end I was told my mouth health was pretty good for a 51 year old that hadn't seen a dentist since his teen years. But no work could be done on my cracked tooth untill a deep cleaning is done (at over 1k per side). I guess I will go on living with a cracked tooth...but thanks for the discomfort. It in itself was a good deal for under 30 dollars for the exam.

The office was understaffed, but the customer service was excellent. Each staff member was very apologetic and you could tell they tried their best to take care of each patient quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I have no complaints as everything was explained thoroughly. A very pleasant atmosphere for my dental visit. 5 stars.

Today was my first visit as a new patient to Aspen Dental in Forsyth, Il. The entire staff was friendly, polite and professional. Joria did an outstanding job and Jessica was excellent at explaining the billing process and scheduling my next appointments. I came back a week later for a cleaning and the hygienist Annie gave me the best tooth cleaning I ever had in my life. Making sure I was comfortable and took extra care & time in providing a thorough and comprehensive oral exam and cleaning. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Forsyth, IL to anyone who needs high quality dental care.

I don鈥檛 have insurance and needed some dental work done. Aspen is working with my budget to help me get the care I need over 3 visits and I can pay monthly thanks to care credit. It鈥檚 a stressful thing, to need dental work, but they took some of that stress off by being so welcoming and professional. Particularly Bri, who greeted me and did my X-rays. She was funny and kind and helped me relax. Aspen as a whole was organized and efficient. I arrived right before my appointment and was seen almost immediately. I came home and told my husband we鈥檙e switching the family over to their care. 10/10 would recommend. And bonus if you get Bri as a team member to help you. She鈥檚 great and they should give her a hefty holiday bonus 馃槣
