They did a great job with my two visits with them. Everyone was friendly and thorough in explaining everything. They were thorough with the cleanings and willing to help me get my old metal retainer off that was supposed to be taken off years ago. I’m so thankful to finally have that thing off! Also the office was clean and they got me back pretty quick with almost no waiting. One of the better dentist offices I’ve been to.

I made an appt for my first time at this dentist. I wanted a bi-annual cleaning, but after doing my x-rays they said I had to come back because they were closing. I would think you would either book that person for 2 hours, or let the client know so they don’t have to waste time coming in 2xs. It felt very money motivated, just basing it off my previous experiences at other dentist offices. I will not be back, I’m sorry.

It was the best experience I’ve ever had. Angela took great care of me, and I was extremely pleased and happy with my cleaning. Here’s a short, professional version including that: --- I recently had a tooth extraction, and Vanessa Melissa Diaz provided excellent care. Although I felt pressure during the procedure, I was not in pain. She was calm, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire process. The staff was courteous and efficient. I highly recommend going to Aspen Dental.

Quoted $130 for a cleaning on the phone — charged $500 in person. (I found out just because I asked) I was told the X-rays were free when I booked, but at the office they were $30. No one mentioned the price changes at check-in; once again…. I only found out because I asked. This feels misleading and not transparent at all.
