My hygienist was the sweetest one. He went above and beyond to help make sure I was comfortable during a periodontal cleaning. Everyone had patience with all my questions. I got in the same day as my initial visit. That's never happened before anywhere other than a school.

I was a new patient. Office personnel were friendly, helpful, good atmosphere. Assistant for Dr. Jimenez was friendly, reassuring, preparing me for extraction experience. Had XRays first. Dr. Jimenez thoroughly deadened the sites and waited sufficient time to assure comfort. Extraction was pain free, instructions were complete, explicit and easy to follow. Excellent experience and healing. All that was needed was available.

I had an amazing experience with Alaa, the dental hygienist at Aspen Dental on Mary Esther Cutoff in Fort Walton Beach. He was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was at ease during my cleaning. You can really tell he cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. The entire staff at Aspen Dental was friendly and welcoming, but Alaa and the X-Ray girl truly stood out. Highly recommend!

Went their because I had a cavity. Did the x-ray sat through the them trying to sell me on getting a 2 thousand dollar teeth cleaning, and some other stuff. Total package like 3 grand. I very nicely and embarrassingly told the girl that I could not afford that. I have no insurance and just need my tooth pulled because Im in pain. Website says you offer emergency services. She ok, and I make an appointment for a mouth later, had to save up the 350 needed. Show up for my appointment and the very rude receptionist says OK your here for your teeth cleaning. I said no, get my tooth pulled. She argues with me about it and says the dentist cant pull it under this appointment, and then says to me, " we'll call you when our system is up and running. Then calls the next person in the waiting room. As if they've done this before, cause she did not even ask the dentist, which makes me think the doctor knew. She could have pulled that day but she doesn't care about people in pain. Just that 2 grand!!! Dentists like this should have their licenses pulled. Still waiting on that call.

When I arrived, Erin and Kacey were so friendly and kindly helped me with my check in process and answered all my questions and concerns. When I was taken back to X-rays, Kayla was so sweet and patient with me, even when I was having trouble with some. Next was my visit with Dr Montiel. He was very professional and friendly and good at explaining so that I could understand. I needed to have a deep cleaning, and they were able to fit me in the same day. Alaa the hygienist was amazing. It had been a while since I had had a cleaning, so he had to really get under my gums but he was so sweet and kept checking that I was OK often. I didn't have any soreness after either. Finally, I had my consult with the office manager Therese. She kindly went through all of the treatment plans and options for me, explained what my insurance covered and offered me payment options. I would highly recommend seeing anyone in this office and I will definitely be back.
