I was referred here by someone else and I'm so glad I went! Everyone was so delightful and polite, I really appreciated it 馃グ i was able to easily make an appointment online and didn't wait long to be seen. And when it came to be my turn, I felt the utmost amount of care from the team. I felt like each and every person that waited on me was genuinely determined to get me the best care possible and they actually listened to me, what I needed/wanted and gave me options for next steps. I would recommend Aspen to anyone!

Good: They were nice, professional, and got me in fairly quickly. Not good: They told me that my dental insurance was awful, and that it would cost around 10k for a procedure I needed.. I was confused because I thought we had good insurance but it had been a few years since I had used it. Figured something must have changed? Then I went to a new dentist who told me we had one of the best insurances and that it was going to cost less than 1/3 of the price Aspen gave me.

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental thanks to Katie and Nikki. They were both professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable during my visit. They took the time to answer my questions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Their customer service was excellent, and I truly appreciate how welcoming they were. Highly recommend!
