Dr. D and the office were great. Real customer service and attention to detail. I can say enough of how great they are. Dr. D keeps talking to me through the entire procedure and making sore that I was doing okay. I appreciate all of you ladies!! Thank you so much for everything!!!

OMG!!! This was the absolute best experience I've ever had with a dental office. First, Brittney at the front desk is amazing to work with. Here's the difference with this office. First, they actually worked with my $2,500 insurance allowance to put crowns on two teeth—yes, TWO teeth! I went to three other dentists, and it was my $2,500 plus an additional $350, $750, and even $1,500 out of pocket! They all wanted to do root canals before crowns. Nope, not at Aspen! Next, there were no hidden charges. Alexis, the dental assistant, was great—friendly, efficient, and had a gentle touch. The dentist, Dr. Christopher Williams... WOW!!! Normally, it takes several shots to get me numb enough for dental work. Not this time! Just one shot for each tooth. Then they put a device between your front teeth that sucks up the dust and water. You don't feel like you're drowning from the Assistant's water spray and little vacuum. So cool! Dr. Williams was wonderful while working on me, and Alexis did a great job putting on my temporary crowns. And lastly... it was two teeth, two shots, and only two hours. I left at 10:00, and by 11:00 the numbness was already gone! I could eat without drooling for four more hours. This experience was AMAZING!!! A dental visit that was AMAZING!!! Who's ever said that before?!

So if you didnt know..... something that is easily taken from someone in a major house fire is your sense of dignity/humanity. What do I mean by that? Well my mom has had teeth issues for years. With that it lead to all of her top teeth needing to be removed and thus replaced by dentures a couple of years ago. As you might have guessed, her dentures were in the fire two nights ago. She went to her dentist, which quoted her more than the original cost just to repair them. She felt as though they were being shady with additional fees as they were talking. She left feeling defeated and discouraged. She then went to this place. At first they insisted she would need an appointment before they would help her. Which was standard for every place she had called, however they went ahead and looked at her current set and recommended trying to clean them after her appointment, which is scheduled! Mom was uncertain how much that would cost and of course that is a top concern. Well, y'all they cleaned them today for her! She has her teeth back in her mouth RIGHT NOW! Not only that but it was a VERY MANAGEABLE amount of $$$ considering she literally only has the card the Red Cross gave her the other night while she waits on her bank cards to be mailed to her!!!! What a blessing. Thank you to all the staff that is working there today that assisted my mama after such a majorly devastating couple of days! You gave a woman her dignity back today! As a daughter my heart is filled with gratitude beyond measure! So many people that have never met my mama have stepped up and helped. I am being blown away. They say our world is terrible but from my view, there are all plenty of people out here just trying to do good in the world!

I came in excruciating pain, the receptionist took a full 54 minutes to add my insurance, the dentist said I need an oral surgeon but her DA said I have to go somewhere else because their oral surgeon won’t be in for over a month. Wish I went somewhere else. The only good thing was the lady who took my x-rays… very sweet and considerate

Staff is very friendly and seem genuinely concerned, but as far as wait time, expertise, and team work, their lacking quite a bit on those. I was also quoted one price by the regional manager, and a completely different price from the office manager with a quote a bit of difference. I just feel that the office staff as well as the dental staff could use a lot more, training and knowledge.
