Aspen Dental is amazing! I absolutely love how professional and polite the staff has been while answering all of my questions about becoming a patient. I’ve been with the same dental office for years, but after my conversation with Haleigh at the front desk, she made it very clear that this will be a great fit for me. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out. I can’t wait to continue my dental journey here!

I am very impressed by the new receptionist at Aspen Dental in Franklin NC., Haleigh Pruitt 😊 She was very professional in her position mannerism, and friendly and smiles a lot. I saw her work with 4 people checking in for their appointment, and I was equally impressed with providing her service to us. Thanks again Haleigh, and the staff at Franklin Aspen Dental 😊❤️🪥

I had a great first experience with Aspen dental today! All the staff I encountered was kind, professional, knowledgeable and patient. I loved Dr Andrews and am happy to have him as my dentist now. He and all who worked with me were very gentle and I love how they explained every process to me. I received great tips for my home care as well. I think I may have even lost that ‘going to the dentist fear’!

My first visit: I was extremely happy with the team that I had. They were polite and warmly friendly, which made me completely at ease with the appointment. The explained everything that they would be doing and asked if I had any questions. The proceeded and again explained to me as they were doing the process. After the examination, he explained what he had found and what his recommendation was and why. Then the individual who would be explaining the appointment and payment process received me. She was thorough, answered all of my questions and gave me a printed report of our conversation. At no time from anyone on my team did I feel any pressure. Just complete concern for my dental health and made sure I was comfortable and understood. For the first time, I don’t dread returning to my dental team. Good job!

I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental and truly want to recognize the amazing team there. Jackie, the hygienist, was absolutely incredible. She explained everything clearly, walked me through the importance of the cleaning I needed, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. Her knowledge and kindness were outstanding. Dr. Andrews was just as impressive. He took his time explaining what was going on, what needed to be done, and made sure I understood every step. He was so kind, patient, and clearly very skilled. I left feeling confident and cared for. I also want to thank Grace, who handled my consultation and pricing. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to afford any treatment, but she went above and beyond to help me. She was so sweet, friendly, and understanding—and she made it possible for me to get my cleaning and partial with no out-of-pocket cost. I am beyond grateful. Overall, Aspen Dental exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them!
