Even though my examination and X-rays took a long time, I felt very well cared for and cared about by every staff member there. From reception, technicians, dentist, and account manager, to discharge I was treated with utmost respect and kindness. I will be returning for follow-up procedures and an implant, and I am confident about returning to the Frederick Aspen Dental facility.

From the time I made the appointment And throughout the whole appointment , I was treated with great kindness and respect. When I shared my fear of the dentist they showed me patience and understanding. Prices are very reasonable and they even had many options for payment plans. I highly recommend Aspen Dental.

Excellent service from the front desk to the back office, and the Doctor with her assistant was great. The exit person, Gabby, Wow, she introduced me to an unbelievably financing that would help me take care of my health. I, Everton Grant, hereby recommend Aspen Dental P.S. Dr. Mc. You're Great 馃憤.

Front desk staff, Miriam, is so pleasant and reassuring. Very kind. The assistants very nice and thorough. I was very pleased with the dentist. She was very kind and gentle. And honest. Gabby in the financing dept. is terrific! Funny. Very kind as well. I was very impressed with my first visit

I'd imagine they're probably good for a routine check up kind of dentist or getting maybe cavities and fillings done here, but they are not equipped to deal with dental emergencies as advertised. They only have an oral surgeon one day a month so if you've missed them you'll be in pain for another month unless you go elsewhere. You'll need a referral but it took nearly an hour on the phone of being told there's nothing they can do for me before they finally decided to let someone else make the money off my misery. They have plenty of appointments available to figure out why you're in pain, just no time and no staff to resolve that pain.
