5-Star Review for Dr. Ali at Aspen Dental

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ali at Aspen Dental! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. Dr. Ali is hands-down the best dentist I’ve ever been to—absolutely best in class.
He’s incredibly skilled, gentle, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. His work is top-notch, and the results speak for themselves. I left feeling confident about my smile for the first time in years.
The entire staff was friendly and professional, but Dr. Ali is the standout. If you’re looking for a dentist who truly cares and delivers exceptional care, go see Dr. Ali at Aspen Dental. I’m already recommending him to all my family and friends.

I came here in January for their "free new patient cleaning" advertisement, and it was hands-down the worst dental experience of my life.
First, the dentist was incredibly unprofessional and made me highly uncomfortable. After examining my teeth, he caressed my cheek and called me "good girl." It was completely inappropriate.
Second, the sales pressure here is off the charts. They insisted I immediately book root canals before even telling me the cost, claiming they were "booked out until August" but magically had a spot next week. When I finally met with the office manager, Andrew, he quoted me about $18,000. When I told him I couldn't afford that, he had the audacity to tell me to go get a loan from my bank. Which is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Third, trying to get my own medical records from them was a nightmare. They gave me a piece of paper which was handwritten of what needed to be done. I switched to the Erie County Health Department (who are amazing), and Aspen refused to give me my x-rays. When my new dentist's office called Aspen to request them so I wouldn't have to pay $150+ out of pocket to retake them, Andrew supposedly hung up on them SEVERAL times. And even got nasty with them. Absolutely childish and unprofessional. Obviously he’s upset because he would’ve earned commission off of me if i did go through with them.
Finally, because Aspen withheld my x-rays, I had to get new ones taken at my new dentist. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise: my new dentist confirmed that the treatment plan Aspen gave me was packed with fake issues and "fixes" that I don't actually need, just to inflate the bill. Don't get me wrong, I definitely need work done on my teeth. But not nearly as much as what aspen said.
This place is not a dental clinic: it is a predatory sales office. Protect your wallet and your peace of mind, and go literally anywhere else.

Let’s first say the obvious gurllll!!!!
I wanted cosmetic and routine procedural/fillings. First and foremost the price difference between this time and last time was astoundingly different. The last time I came here I felt like it was out of reach and crazy exspensive. this time was different it was in reach! I didn’t get approved for any credit lines but the manager Andrew will 100% work with you and try to break it down into smaller sections to accommodate your price range. They do in fact have a new dentist, his name is doctor Ali. I absolutely adore him!!! He is amazing he has the aura to him and a sense of calmness. I believe that I’m in good hands!! Now Ashley and Bri!!!!! God if you haven’t laughed in days or need a good laugh they will make you or laugh with you!!!! Listen on a funny note I told them I was gonna make a post about how they gag me and smack me and order me around!!!! All jokes aside I genuinely appreciate everything they are all doing and my mouth feels amazing!!! Thank you guys!!!

I took my mother-in-law for a procedure and I cannot recommend DR.Ali and the team enough! From the moment we walked in, the front desk made us feel welcome. The hygienist was incredibly gentle, and Dr. Ali took the time to explain everything clearly. Best dental experience we ever had!

A great big shout out to Dr Al, Chyna, Ashley and Andrew. This is an amazing office and amazing staff. I would recommend anybody to go there, including my children. They are very attentive and they listen to everything you have to say so if you’re looking for a great dentist, this is the place to go
