It’s been years since I’ve been to the dentist and I had some reservations about going to get my mouth checked. but I’m glad that I did. The team at Aspen Dental Gadsden was so welcoming. Not once did I feel nervous or embarrassed about my dental situation. They did a quick diagnosis and the Dr. gave me the proposed treatment plan in under 20 minutes. Amber was really helpful with the financial assistance and setting up the appointment i needed to follow the recommended treatment plan. Amazing crew, that really cares

What an absolutely amazing experience I had today at Aspen Dental in Gadsden, Alabama! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was welcoming and professional — but I have to give special thanks to Jamiya, who examined my mouth and cleaned my teeth. She was incredibly thorough, gentle, and detailed, making sure every area was cleaned perfectly. She explained everything step by step, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and didn’t let me leave until she knew I was satisfied with the results. I also want to recognize the financial specialist who went above and beyond to make sure my insurance was handled properly before I ever sat in the chair. They carefully explained what my insurance would cover, what wouldn’t be covered, and what my out-of-pocket cost would be — right down to the percentage. That kind of clarity and honesty means a lot! My last dentist office in Birmingham could never get it together — it took over two years of frustration trying to get billing and insurance straight. So walking into Aspen Dental and seeing everything handled smoothly and professionally was truly a breath of fresh air. It’s such a relief not to have to worry about unexpected bills or something ending up on my credit report because of a dental office’s mistake. Thank you, Aspen Dental of Gadsden, for restoring not only my smile but my confidence in quality dental care.

Yesterday was my third visit to this dental office, and once again I left extremely satisfied. I went in for composite bonding on my front teeth, and Dr. Ronald Moore did an excellent job, quick, precise, and with great results. But I especially want to thank Jamiya. She is truly amazing. She consistently goes above and beyond, and she is so knowledgeable, professional, patient, gentle, and genuinely caring. She even came in to polish my teeth after the doctor finished (something she didn’t have to do) and she stayed until I was completely happy with the final look. Her dedication means so much. A big thank you to Dr. Moore and the entire staff as well. Everyone there is always wonderful. Highly recommend!

Extremely kind and understanding, as well as FAST. Alexis was very efficient and personable while taking my X-Rays and Allear at the front desk was very pleasant in person as well as over the phone. If you can fight past the call centers, Gadsden Aspen is where you would want to go.

I have 2 dental insurance’s and I have never paid anything out of pocket for any of the dental work I have had done in the past. I was needing a filling put back in so I googled what dentist was in my insurance network and Aspen dental popped up so I made an appointment with them. Once I arrived and went to sign in I was told that my one insurance BCandBS of Alabama went through but that my second insurance was not going through with the credentials I gave them so I called my secondary insurance company and funny thing once I called then they called me back and the assistant took X-rays and scans of my teeth, then a hygienist came in and examined my teeth and then the dentist came in and not once did anyone especially the dentist acknowledged the reason why I came in the office in the first place he just called out to the assistant as what he would do to my teeth and yet still not addressing my need for the reason why I came into the office.then I was placed in a waiting room until a lady came and got me an sat me down in a finance room and gave me a estimate of 19,800.00 and a second estimate of 7,000.00 and I asked why is that because of all the dental work that I have had done in the past that I have never paid anything out of pocket. The thing is that the dentist calls out what all he plans to do to the patient teeth and then it’s giving to someone and they see what the insurance company will pay and then they increase the price of everything until it comes out to amount where the patient will have to pay out of pocket. I know that’s how they operate especially big chain dentist because my friend who’s like a sister to me told me that one of the dentist that she did work for in the past would tell the staff in a meeting to push things onto patients that they really don’t need and if they did so that at the end of the physical year that he would take the entire office on a cruise. My friend went onto several cruise s when she worked for that doctor. She eventually found another doctor to work under because she couldn’t keep up doing that too her patients. So I would highly suggest not to use aspen dental or any big chain dentist offices! Dentist are crooks!!!! Especially aspen dental located in Gadsden,Alabama
