These guys do great work. Came in for a checkup and some pain. Needed a little work, which was well explained and the Dentist that cared for me seemed precise and was sensitive to my needs while in the chair. The procedures didn't seem rushed or anything and I wasn't in pain during. Overall very happy. The staff was also very friendly. Happy to have a good Dentist.

Aspen dental has been with my since the beginning of my tooth journey, it started with a root canal and crown, breaking the crown, coming back and having a understanding wonderful experience with not just to dentists and assistants but the financial worker as well. She encouraged me to come in for my cleanings routinely and take better care of my teeth. I now come for all my cleanings and my teeth are a lot better than in the past. When I come in they remember who I am and are very kind and make sure im comfortable and have everything I need done taken care of, even with my dental insurance it gets pricey but that is the economy rn and is not fault of the workers there at all. They always try to help split payments or make financial responsibility easier on their patients.

They genuinely care about your needs and are interested in you as an individual, they take time to listen to you intently, and devise a plan unique to your physical and financial needs!

Everyone at the Gallatin location was so sweet and friendly. I felt comfortable (as one could at a dentist office) and welcomed. Everyone, I spoke with, answered any questions I had and left the door open, to call, if I had any more questions. I spoke with 5 different people and they were all very pleasant to speak with. I, most definitely, recommend this dental office. I’m happy with my choice, at the moment, lol.

I was feeling positive about my experience until I paid the balance of my amount in FULL today, over $1900 today, and was supposed to get my set but it was not right so I didn't take it, when I guess one of the ladies that works in the office, thought I had already left and said, out loud to her coworkers, that they didn't like the denture patients because they get unlimited visits with dentures. Well I wish you would've said that before you took my money. Because I will not take anything until I'm 100 % satisfied. And yes I heard it and thank you for letting me know my visits are unlimited and you don't like denture patients because I will not recommend anyone to come there. I got compliments on my teeth, that I already have when I came in the door so if y'all aren't happy with the kind of patient I am, then I'll gladly take a refund! I'm glad I was able to keep my cool while I was there but I was highly offended to know that I spent that kind of money and they don't appreciate my business.Full amount paid was almost $6000 for the set. My insurance paid about $2000 and I paid the rest out of my pocket. No payment plan. And I'm not accepting anything that I'm not 100% happy with
