I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Casey Te and the entire team at Aspen Dental. If you are someone who gets nervous or anxious about going to the dentist, Dr. Te is absolutely the person you want to see. He has an amazing personality, a calming presence, and truly outstanding bedside manner that puts you at ease right away.
He is professional, knowledgeable, and clearly up to date with the latest advances in dentistry. At the same time, he is incredibly patient, understanding, and accommodating. You never feel rushed, and he takes the time to make sure you are comfortable and informed every step of the way.
The entire office staff is just as wonderful—from the front desk team to the checkout staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. The dental techs are some of the sweetest and funniest people I’ve met—you almost feel like you’re just hanging out with friends rather than being in a dental office.
I’ve been to many dentists throughout my life, but after finding Dr. Casey Te, I truly feel lucky!!!!!!!!!! HANDS DOWN best dentist you will ever meet :)
He has set the bar so high that I can honestly say I would follow him wherever he goes if he ever leaves to start his own practice.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dental experience!

My experience with Aspen Dental was extremely disappointing. The customer service was poor, and communication throughout the process was frustrating. I was quoted a price initially, but no one clearly explained that there would be additional fees. I was never informed that 6 months later I would need to pay an additional payment for the permanent dental work, it wasn't discussed in the pricing or given a quote, and I paid about 4 thousand dollars, out of pocket and they also received money from the dental insurance. When I attempted to follow up 6 months later, after calling repeatedly I was told there was an additional charged and that I had a balance of $239.00, which was never told to me, and I wouldn't know if I didn't reach out. The lack of communication and transparency made the entire experience stressful. If your considering Aspen Dental, my advice is to do your research and consider going somewhere else. Clear commination honest pricing is important, and unfortunately that was not my experience. Contact your dental provider to make sure you are not being rip off also. I gave the one star just because it wouldnt let me post without the star, but I gave them a 0.

I am not the type of person to leave reviews. I usually take this situation as a loss and keep moving forward, but this I cannot remain silent about because I wouldn’t want the same thing to happen to someone in my community. I’ve been with Aspen Dental for quite some time and have been willing to remain in their care even with multiple staffing changes. After a few deep cleanings I noticed I had a cavity on my back tooth. I went in and pointed it out and I was advised to get a root canal because a filling would not be sufficient. I was very afraid to get the work done, but I was reassured everything would be okay. I went ahead and got the procedure done, but soon after I began having pain and complications right away. I was told that it would just take some getting used to. I went in and the dentist said the crown was too high, so he went in my mouth and shaved it down. After some time, I noticed the tooth above it was beginning to chip and hurt. So I went back and he shaved down the root canal including the tooth above. That was a bit concerning because of the enamel. I was still having pain and the medication really wasn’t helping. When I would go in for my cleanings I would always complain. Finally I went in for a cleaning and there was a new dentist. I explained what happened and he went ahead and x-rayed my tooth and found that my root canal was fractured. I was devastated mainly because of my health and the side effects of having an implant, but also because I already paid $4000 out of pocket and now I would have to floor another $2000. Like I said I don’t normally go out my way, but I believe in second chances and decided to reach out to customer service and share my experience to see if my situation would be rectified by either giving me a discount on the implant or refunding the root canal. I told the rep I didn’t want correspondence from the same office because I spoke with them multiple times already, that I would like to speak to a higher up. A few days later I get a call from the office manager saying that they are willing to do the tooth extraction for free so I’m no longer in pain, but that I would have to pay for the implant. I asked him what the price difference would be and it was just a $200 price difference. It felt like a slap to the face and puncture to the wound. For $200 I would rather seek help from another trustworthy facility to relieve my pain. To be quite frank it felt like there was no empathy. I’m not asking for a hand out, but to be made whole for what I’ve already went through. Just wanted to share my experience in hopes this doesn’t happen to another single mother such as myself. Ohh and a response to my review with a “sorry, we will work on doing better” doesn’t cut it. Everyone have a blessed day.

Not impressed, felt like i was at a car dealership being offered i didnt request
Went in constation for one implant. Dds took xrays of All my teeth! Then pointed out i had broken crown. Told him thats what i was there for! When leaving asked for my xrays and summary. Received summary,.no xrays. I called and requested them again. Still no xrays. Operates like a car dealership, ignor8ng reason why i wrnt in for, then presented w/ additional plans on total mouth work.

I had an amazing experience at this location! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. Everyone made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly. The dental team was thorough, patient, and made the entire visit stress-free. It’s not often you find a place that combines excellent service with such a warm and positive atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality dental care and a team that truly cares about their patients!
