Incredibly kind, patient, encouraging, and caring staff. I came in feeling very anxious and ashamed after 6+ years without dental care due to a dental emergency. They never once made me feel ashamed, just empowered and cared for. From the administrative team to the technicians to the dentist himself, everyone I encountered was so incredibly kind, helpful, and patient, even though I was very scared and had a lot of questions. The pricing was the scariest part, which I expected without insurance, but they never made me feel bad for having questions or needing other options. That said, it was more expensive than the website suggested, depending on the services needed. But you can at least get an evaluation with X-rays and a treatment plan very affordably, during which the full costs of a future treatment plan are presented. They also offer financing and a savings program. Highly recommend them if you are also overdue for dental care and experiencing a lot of anxiety about it. I am very relieved to have found a team I can trust.

My anxiety kept me out of dental chair for too long. Thanks to other reviews I chose this location and was extremely happy that I did. Every single person I interacted with put me at ease. The future plan was clearly explained. Highly recommend! Everyone was FANTASTIC! Thank you all!

I can't possibly give any stars but won't let you post without giving them at least one but i would put a minus sign in front of it.
This review is for Glen Allen Brook Rd location
as I arrived at 830 with an appointment and was told there was room in the schedule for an extraction and then sat there for 4 hours only to be told that it was not in the schedule and my son needed to be put to sleep and I left went somewhere else and they fit him in and pulled tooth. I will not recommend going to aspen dental to anyone after that experience and no concern for the pain. I should have charged for my time of 4 hours waiting for nothing. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had a great first time experience. Ms. Sharon knows exactly what she’s talking about and is very helpful, I love the fact that she took her time with me during a difficult time for me. I love Ms. Sharon for being able to help me and walk me through what exactly I can do and the best way to do it. Thank you Ms. Sharon.

I had a pleasant experience. The staff welcomed me when I arrived. The wait time was great. The staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. A. was great and explained my X Rays and made recommendations. Adrian and Yara, the assistants were pleasant and professional. The office manager was great, knowledgeable and very helpful. My teeth fits great. Adjustments were completed before I left the office to my satisfaction. I give Aspen Dental a 10. Thank you!!!!
