My first visit was an absolute pleasure thanks to Tamera, Dereyone, and Jewel. I'm usually very nervous at dental appointments, but they made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. They were so compassionate, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire visit.
I had many questions, and they took their time to answer and explain every detail clearly. These three ladies truly made my first experience a wonderful one, and I am very grateful for their kindness and professionalism. They are a great asset to Aspen Dental! Thank you ladies l am looking forward to seeing you guys on my next appointment.

I’m a new patient at Aspen, and this review is based on my very first appointment. I’ll start with the things I liked about my experience. The facility is very clean. They have many affordable options for payment. My doctor and dental hygienist were both very sweet and made me feel welcomed and comfortable.
Now here are some points of concern. One of the ladies at the front desk made me very uncomfortable. According to her, I had missed several phone calls and emails from her to confirm my appointment. Immediately upon meeting me, she accosted me for not answering her alleged phone calls. She seemed pretty upset and personally offended by this. Her attitude and tone towards me was very off putting in my opinion. I have been going through a hard time lately because of my dad’s declining health which has caused me to be very depressed and self-isolate. I’m sure I’ve missed many other phone calls due to my poor mental health right now. I know she wasn’t aware of that. But her attitude was unnecessary. She also took me off the schedule and complain about having to get prior authorization for the appointment which took all of 2 seconds. Actually th entire check in process didn’t take long at all despite her repeatedly suggesting it would because of something I wasn’t able to do prior to arriving. She kept referred to all of the staff as “her” providers and “her” dental hygienists as if she owned the establishment. I’m sorry but it was just so weird to me. It put me in a bad head space during an already difficult day. Once I was no longer required to talk to her, the rest of my appointment was great. I’m not sure what she’s going through, but I hope that she doesn’t treat all the patients like that. I have a follow up appointment next week. If she presents with the same condescending attitude, I don’t see myself returning after that, especially if I have to talk to her. I dread having to ever talk to her on the phone now. She was just…a lot to deal with.

I’ve had 2 appointments cancelled. First one was cancelled because they needed to verify insurance after I had already confirmed the appointment, the second appointment was cancelled after I called to ask about the appointment an hour before. The lady apologized and said she was glad I called. I was told to come Monday at 8:30. She assured me I wouldn’t have another cancellation. Then I get 2 different emails today (Sunday) saying 10:30 and 4:30 along with a text saying my appointment is at 4:30 Monday. After explaining I have an emergency on Friday. Very disorganized and unprofessional.
