Aspen dental has some outstanding workers. A couple workers that exceeded my expectations were Jada and Monique. They were such a good workers. They made sure I was comfortable when I came into the office. They assured me that everything will be go smoothly and if I and any questions I felt comfortable enough to ask.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First off I do want to say that Monique the hygienist was the absolute sweetest!! And so was Dr Adams. This review is not for them. But when I was pulled back to go over pricing that’s where things went wrong. I met with Jacqueline. At first she was very sweet. I in no way blaming her for the pricing and I let her know that. I know dentists are expensive. Originally the tooth that was bothering me could be a root canals and crown but after thinking it over the are very expensive and bad for you, that tooth has also given me excruciating pain that I honestly just wanted it out and wanted an implant later. Which by the way is MORE money. I explained this all to her and she just got rude. They gave me new pricing, over $400. I asked why so much to just pull a tooth? She told me it’s because it’s a root canal and crown tooth they’ll be pulling (that tooth is next to the one that needs to be pulled) . I was shocked, because that’s absolutely NOT the tooth that hurts. I told her that crown cost me a lot and does not hurt, it’s the tooth next to it which is cracked. It’s very obvious, even on xray. She sat there and argued with me. She went and asked the dr and said “it’s the same price to pill the other tooth because it’s next to a root canal/crown tooth” excuse me? Makes 0 sense. I ran out crying. I felt all I was, was a number to them. I called around and went to love dental. They were extremely professional, so sweet. I signed up for their affordable in house dental insurance. Got the tooth pulled and am getting an implant in. I have major dental anxiety and love dental made that go away. Aspen made it worse. Oh! The extraction at love dental was also cheaper than that aspen charged me! Stay away from here.

Stay the hell away. I was assigned to this office by my insurer, and from the start it’s been a mess. My first visit was supposed to be a consultation with X-rays that would take about an hour and a half. I show up, and they tell me they need to reschedule—no call, no message, nothing. The receptionist blamed the call center, saying they should’ve reached out, but clearly they didn’t.
They rescheduled me for later that same day, I came back, did the X-rays, and then they booked my cleaning two weeks out. I show up again, and once again they say they have no one available and need to reschedule. And again, they claim I should’ve been notified—which I wasn’t.
They are completely disrespectful of their clients’ time. I told them to close my file and never contact me again. If you like having your time wasted, this is the place for you.

Shes incredible!.

5 stars. I had great experiance. Aspen Dental was able to get me in last minutes for swollen gums and broken teeth on 3/2/26 and helped me get teeth extracted and my mouth better in 4 days. Im 8 months pregnant so I was really worried about infection and Dr Adam, Jay and the entire staff were nice, carefully respectfully. I have really bad teeth from years of neglect and they didnt judge. This will be my dentist going forward.
