I was totally ignored at this office. I had a scheduled appointment at 1:30pm, after having a conversation about my insurance and my current situation. I had been in tooth pain for 5 day before I could get an appointment. This office canceled my 1:30 appointment, and told me the PROFESIONAL DENTISTS COULDN'T HELP ME BECAUSE I WAS HAVING PAIN IN MY JAW. AND HE IS JUST A NORMAL DENTIST, he felt he couldn't help me. The office receptionist was told by the PROFESIONAL DENTIST referred me to IUSB Dental college in another city. I needed a referral to see an oral surgeon.. THIS PROFESIONAL DENTISTS DIDN'T WANT TO HELP ME with MY pain or even bother to look inside my mouth. Where did the PROFESIONAL' DENTISTS GO? Aspen and Dr. Wen or Win were only interested in setting me up with a care-plan, not to my current situation. Oh yeah, this was a VERY DIRTY ASPEN FACILITY. See pictures attached.. To get the full scope of dirt, you will have to open the pictures. I would never recommend THIS ASPEN.

Batool was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming throughout my visit. She made me feel comfortable the entire time and explained everything clearly with such a positive attitude. You can really tell she cares about her patients and loves what she does. Thank you for making the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

All around great service! All of the people are really nice and helpful. Markie did a good job explaining schedules and getting insurance figured out. My gums feel a lot better after a deep cleaning. And the scaling the gums test was pretty cool.

It says Goshen In but my text sent me here, I went to Sandusky ohio today. The young lady that did my impressions was super nice, and I like the Doctor
Receptionist at front windows super nice.
Phone inially making appt I'll leave in question. Everything she told me they would could do prior to going to thos place was inaccurate, and a lie.im still in the process of it all, so i can't comment if I'm pleased with their work yet, since im in the middle of different day appts . Since same day service was absolutely not so. We will be a week in once its finished, I believe... if all goes as stated from here, since it wasnt same day service as stated to get me to make an appointment, and they succeeded.
