The whole office is amazing!!! I recently had an exceptional experience at Aspen. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly, making me feel at ease.
Dr. Ali took the time to explain every procedure clearly and answered all my questions with patience. Shout out to office manager Jalliyah was amazing with helping with payment plans. Their attention to detail and commitment to patient comfort.
What really stood out to me was the level of care and professionalism exhibited by the entire team.
I highly recommend ASPEN to anyone looking for a top-notch dental experience .

Appreciate everything!!! I love everyone here and they love me Jordan & Kaylen is the best thing that ever happened to the company. He definitely does not mind rescheduling and calling me all the time my appointments.

I had a great first experience at Aspen Dental in Grand Prairie today! From start to finish, everyone made me feel comfortable and informed.
Princess, the hygienist, gave me a lot of helpful information and made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. Dr. Broadway took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me options, and never made me feel pressured — I really appreciated that!
Jalliyah was so kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Talking with her first set such a positive tone for my visit, and she helped me feel confident about my financial decisions and treatment plan.
Overall, this location has an amazing team and great energy. If you’re looking for a dental office that truly cares about your comfort and experience, I definitely recommend Aspen Dental in Grand Prairie!

Do not waste your time or money here. My insurance covered $16,000 worth of dental work and I’ve financed about $6,000 of dental work myself. That included two periodontal cleanings, 2 extractions, and 6 root canals (all at the front). I don’t know why they didn’t do a bridge or denture then. 3 of the root canals have failed and I’ve swallowed those teeth. I keep getting temporary crowns for those spots until I can pay to have something else done. One Dr there wanted to do posts for those 3 crowns then wanted to do a bridge. The next Dr that came in wanted to do the posts. The current Dr wants to do an implant for each tooth. They do not listen to me when I tell them no I’m not doing that, I need dentures. I’ve spent to much time and money to really be in a worse position than the previous time I’ve gone in. And each time with the temporary crowns, yes I know they’re temporary, but they look terrible. They usually give me the Steve Harvey which you can see on the video I post, today with two of the temporary crowns they did they gave my the Dr Seuss book shelf.

Dr. Ali oversees three Aspen Dental practices in Texas and is described as having a warm, approachable chairside manner, taking time to listen to each patient's concerns, explain treatment options clearly, and build personalized care plans that fit their health goals and budget. She practices alongside Dr. Sam Almassi, DMD, MSD, an endodontist (root canal specialist) who earned his dental degree from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry and completed advanced specialty training in endodontics, earning a Master of Science in Dentistry. Dr. Almassi has been with Aspen Dental since June 2019 and lists the Grand Prairie office as his primary location. Dr. Ryan Mirchel, DDS, MD, an oral surgeon, earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific Arthur A.
