I was really happy with my visit. Even though the news wasnt all good on the condition of my teeth and gums I was very well informed as to what the treatment would be to correct it, financing and payment plans, and scheduling with a breeze. I was really happy with my dental team and how knowledgeable they are. They treated me with compassion and were completely non-judgemental. They made me feel greatly welcomed as If I were family. I love this location (Grandville).

This place is horrible and traumatizing. I came here for a crown. When they ground down the tooth they hit the tooth next to it. I asked if she hit the other tooth because it felt weird and she denied it, I believed her, my mistake. They do the core buildup and put a temp crown on it. The temp crown did not fit and left huge gaps so I turned around and had them redo it, which was still poor. Now it's time to go back and get the permanent crown. They throw it in there and glue it in and it still has this huge gap. I went back in a few weeks later to have them cut the crown out to redo the whole process, they covered it and acknowledged that is was no good. So then it's time to put the 2nd crown in, I'm super nervous. They get the crown in and I still notice a gap but smaller, thinking that it was the tooth they were treating and they just suck at their job. I move on with my life. Fast forward 8 months and I'm at the endodontist, they confirm that when Aspen initially ground down the tooth, they hit the tooth next to it. At this point it's been so long I just try to ignore the gap. Fast forward 7 months. The tooth that they hit by accident cracked (it was a crown to begin with) so I had to get a new crown on that tooth as well. I of course did not go to aspen, I went to bander dental who did a great job. DONT GO HERE. I REPEAT DONT GO HERE. This is the absolute worst dental experience I could ever imagine besides them injuring or killing me. This place should be closed for good, I can't believe they can just stay open like this.

I have severe dental anxiety, and I can say with confidence that this office truly cares about my dental needs as well as my mental health. They allowed me to take my time during the visits. They took their time in explaining everything and making me feel comfortable during my treatment. And the dental assistant Nautica is truly a gifted individual. She has the most calming demeanor and a truly angelic touch. I can honestly say that her hands are the gentlest and kind hands I have ever had clean my teeth. I highly recommend this office for their compassion and attention to detail. I think my dental health is going to greatly improve after my experience here. Thank you Aspen Dental for taking great care of me during my recent visits there.

I had such a great experience here! The team took the time to really explain everything about my teeth in a way that made me feel informed and comfortable. they answered all my questions with patience and care. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and are committed to taking good care of me moving forward. I’m really happy I chose this office and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist they can trust!

I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The entire team made me feel comfortable and took the time to clearly explain every step of the process. Dr. Middel was knowledgeable, gentle, and genuinely cared about my concerns. The office was clean, modern, and very well organized. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality dental care.
