I have recently developed a fear of oral/endodontic surgery after two traumatic experiences I have encountered at two different practices recently. So I was skeptical coming to a new place that wasn't a private practice. But I am so glad I came here.
I called about 10+ different places to try to get in for an emergency appointment today. Nobody could get me in. But Aspen Dental was able to for an evaluation. I was in excruciating pain and couldn't wait any longer, so I was very grateful they squeezed me in. After the evaluation, they were able to do a same day emergency extraction about 2 hours later! I was so so happy.
The doctor was so kind and smart and she answered every question I had. Before this, I had lost trust for everyone (other than my general dentist), but I was very pleased with her work. She made me feel very at ease, along with the assistant and the rest of the staff. She knew what she was doing and even educated me along the way. She also made sure I was okay throughout the whole appointment.
If you need emergency dental care, I highly recommend calling to see if they can get you in!

Been on otc meds for 10 days to help with pain for my tooth. Finally get to the dentist and its all talk about a whole plan for every tooth, not the one killing me. I tell them im in pain, they see that im in pain. On day 5 of no sleep day 7 on liquid diet. And still I have to wait for another appointment for them to remove it! Didnt even prescribe me any meds! I went there for emergency not for a presentation for what can be done with all my teeth! Broken tooth is not something to ignore!!!! How bout focus on the reason for the patient for being there! Yes im ranting! Im being killed by 1 broken tooth 馃槴 馃槳 馃槶 this is inhumane! I'd go to er but aspen dental has all my $ for the week. Took 4,000mg Tylenol, 880mg napoxen, and 800mg motrin today alone, do that for 10 days. Does not help!!!!

Nicest dentist office I've been to. Everyone was extremely polite and straight forward. Alexis took great care of me and made the process way less stressful. I don't have dental insurance and I'm glad they told me about the saving plan gonna take full advantage. You guys are great.

After my last experience at Aspen Dental, this visit was a dream. My issue with implant gasket failure was treated the way it should have been the first time I experienced the problem, months ago. Wait time was not out of line and no one asked me to remove my upper plate at the front desk area upon leaving. (That is another story) This is what I was expecting on my first visit, help with my problem but I got it this time and it was resolved. Wrote a rather frank review of my displeasure of that visit in my last review and I can now say, all my issues were handled with the upmost professionalism on this visit and they have my deepest thanks.

The most modern, high tech, and informative dental appointment I鈥檝e ever had in my 57 years. There鈥檚 an actual screen at your chair so you can see your X-rays and any and all notes being completed in real time. The place was clean. The staff seemed super nice and well trained in dentistry. All of it made for a very pleasant and efficient experience. Highly recommend.
