I have been visiting Aspen Dental (Hamden) for more than six months for oral surgery and follow-ups. Dr. Kim has always been excellent at explaining the procedures and answering my questions. The other staff have also been very kind—especially Gornelle, Shelby, and Danajah—and have created such a welcoming environment.

Great experience overall. Janet and Dr. Kim were terrific. Was very comfortable and Relaxed. Also, the person who did x-rays, whose name I can’t remember was very kind and friendly. Also, working with the financial specialist was very easy and I enjoyed talking with her. Receptionist was fast and courteous. I would highly recommend this practice for your dental needs.

I had a really great experience at Aspen Dental in Hamden location. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. Gornelle, Shelby, and Danayah were all incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I truly appreciate their patience and positive attitude—it made a big difference. Thank you all for such excellent care!

I would recommend anyone I know to come here. The staff is extremely professional, likable, and friendly. You can tell they prioritize cleanliness because the office and tools are freshly cleaned. The doctors and assistants are also very gentle when working on my teeth and taking x-rays. I absolutely LOVE that fact that they take the time to do consultations and create plans to help me work toward my goals One thing I appreciate the most is how informative the doctors are. Especially, Danajah. She is very well educated and did not hesitate to share her knowledge with me- as well as products that she knows will help improve my health. If It were not for her, I would’ve never known that there are other things going on with my oral health that if not taken care of, could’ve led to some serious issues down the line. Shout out to Dr. Kim, Shelby, Gornelle, Tom, Annette, Danajah and the rest of this lovely staff. Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable and confident in my smile😊.

I dont normally have good experiences when it comes to going to the dentist, but this visit at Aspen Dental Was One of the best. Communication was effective the minute I walked in. Thomanique was very attentive when it came to my x rays and Exams. She also was very helpful assisting the Doctor, it definitely made me feel at ease during my exam. Another person who was effective at their role was Annette. Communication was very easy going, to the point the process was smooth and easy. Thank you making my first visit at Aspen Dental a good experience!
