I always enjoy coming to this location! I get so nervous whenever I have to go to the dentist, but my hygienist, Mecee, was absolutely amazing. She made sure I had Vaseline on my lips to keep them from getting dry and chapped, which I really appreciated. She made me feel comfortable the entire time, and my cleaning was smooth and completely pain-free.
Dr. Michael was also very informative, welcoming, and took the time to answer my questions. Thank you both for making my visit such a great experience. See you guys soon! š

I have never been to Aspen and they were amazing. The staff was extremely friendly. The woman who did my xrays was patient-I hate having those done? Dr. Michael was very thorough and explained my treatment. The hygenist-I can not remember her name-but she was the absolute best hygenist I have ever had!! She was so thorough in explaining what I needed to do to get my teeth in the best shape!! And finally, Tammy was amazing! She was able to help me get financing for the treatment I need and she was very very helpful and responsive in getting me scheduled in a timely manner. Thank you!!

I apologize for being a bit late in posting this. I went to Aspen for dentures. My first experience was with the front office staff who were not only rude, but it was clear that they genuinely hated their job and were annoyed by people who walked through the door. I had two insurances at the time one that had a network and one without. They absolutely refused to entertain the no network insurance even though it actually reimbursed at a higher rate. This was an ongoing argument.
With that said the clinical staff were amazing and professional. Once you entered the door to the back it was a total night and day difference in treatment. The doctor and all the assistants were competent and personable.
On my final visit I was told I had a balance and once again offered that they bill the second insurance. I was told not to worry about it and that I would most likely not pay it and it would go to collections. That was the last time I went and unless absolutely necessary I probably won't. The disgruntled office staff ruined it for me.

Zero stars. Beware: when they slide you a paper saying here is what we recommend for treatment please sign. Run it through your insurance first because they like to sneak hidden treatments in that are not covered by your plan. Things like āgingival irrigationā when you went in for a simple cleaning.
They also will hold credits from you if you overpay and donāt tell you they exist. We have $788.50 sitting in our account for 8months. They never told us the money existed because they claimed if you have another appointment in the system they donāt have to let you know because they are expecting you to use the money to pay next visit.
When my husband went in for x ray. His technician who was filling in from another location could not figure out the machine, instead she proceeded to take photos of the floor and when she finally got it together she took images of the same side because she couldnāt remember where she started. My husband told the front desk and they agreed she was not suited for the job. He left.
We have switch to Hampton dental center.

Ms. Meece provided a very personable and TOP quality dental care visit for my first long overdue cleaning! She made me feel very comfortable and welcome throughout the entire experience and I appreciate the natural warmth she brings to her patients. Her bubbly energy and aura allows any nervous energy felt upon arrival to dissipate. Also, her office is so cuteālove the touches of pink and purple aesthetic ššš Very happy with my experience āŗļø
