I have Celiac so I have to ensure that all dental products are gluten free. When I called they were kind enough to speak with the provider of their supplies to confirm they were safe, but also noted it in my chart and reminded me to talk to the hygienist. My hygienist was incredible, she checked every product and even showed me what they said and told me she totally understood and respected what I would be comfortable with. All the items they used were gluten free and I felt incredibly safe in their hands. I will definitely be going back and would recommend Aspen for their great service.

Amazing, caring and professional team of individuals. From the initial appointment, day one visit and now a new patient, I have experienced nothing but care, professionalism and compassion from all these wonderful people. They have taken a nervous patient and made me welcome, and kept me well abreast of what will be my treatment plan to date. I have nothing but great things to say about the entire team.

Thank you!!!!!! I arrived at Aspen Dental, however skeptical @ 8:30 am, Not know exactly knowing what to expect. From the initial meet and greet at reception, pleasant. I provided my information, 5 minutes later I was in getting xrays done. 3 minutes after that Kaitlyn, Explained a few things to me. That part literally took 10 minutes. Dr Kramer came in, he spoke very eloquently about the procedure, put my mind at ease. I then Sat with Naquay, (Operations Mgr) who walked me through the whole process, Step by step on what we should get done first and how to proceed moving forward. This was my first encounter with Aspen Dental. This group is the epitome of "Team work" The Experience makes going to the Dentist feel a whole lot better... Fortunate for me, I work across the street...

I had such a great experience at this office. The facility is truly state-of-the-art and everything feels modern, clean, and well organized.
The front office team, Naquay and Myisha, are incredibly thorough and make the entire process smooth from start to finish. The assistants Demi, Kayla, and Amber are so welcoming and friendly, and they make getting X-rays quick and easy.
Dr. Kramer, hygienist Caitlin, and lab tech Erika make up an excellent clinical team. You can really tell everyone works well together and cares about providing high-quality care. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a professional, efficient, and friendly dental experience!

Naquay was amazing! Really calm and thorough regarding my treatment and payment plans. Dr. Kramer was kind and patient and did not rush his exam. I believe he found the source of my pain and explained it well. I also did not feel embarrassed by my anxiety and instead was surrounded by concerned people who kept me calm. Definitely recommend this location.
