I had a great experience at Aspen Clinic. The service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the doctors were highly professional. I had my wisdom tooth removed without any pain, which I was honestly a bit nervous about, but everything went smoothly. I also had a deep dental cleaning done, and the results were amazing. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism. I highly recommend this clinic!

The staff was amazing! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt right at home. Caxyie and Jordyn were welcoming and handled all of my questions professionally. Dr. Vasanthi was thorough and attentive to my concerns. Sherry the hygienist was gentle and calming during my deep clean. She was very easy to talk to and eager to answer questions. Even the lab tech was helpful! I 100% recommend this office!

I haven't been to the dentist in forever so I was pretty nervous about going. Aspen Dental made me feel welcomed and my check-in service was great. Alexis was very helpful during the X-Rays and talked me through each step. Dr. Humam was kind and laid out my dental plan in an easy-to-understand way. Nicole assisted me with my itemized bill and answered any questions I had. I was also able to get my dental work appointment scheduled within the week of my check-in appointment which was super convenient.

I went to Aspen Dental because my regular dentist couldn’t see me the same day. Huge mistake.
Check-in was easy, but everything after that went downhill. The dental assistant started taking X-rays, but something was clearly wrong with the images. Instead of fixing the issue, she kept retaking them — multiple times. I ended up getting several repeated X-rays, a full 3D scan, and then even more individual X-rays of every section of my mouth. It felt completely excessive and unnecessary. What’s the point of doing a full head scan if you’re going to take dozens more afterward? That’s a lot of unnecessary radiation exposure.
The worst part was the dentist himself. He was the only dentist there handling multiple patients at once, running from room to room nonstop. When he came into my room, he didn’t even change his gloves after leaving another patient’s room. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable in a dental office.
I ended up leaving and waiting to see my regular dentist instead. My regular dentist fixed the problem quickly without taking what felt like 100 X-rays.
0/10 — would not recommend.

Came in for the second time In 2 years for broken teeth on my comfy lights. First off they inspected them and tested the tightness. Dentist said top was good and tight and proceeded to give me a price on bottom stud placement. I took.about 2 hours to repair the broken teeth. When I came back to try them, the uppers would not stay in. After inspecting, I found a hole in the pallet that was not there before. They repaired the hole and came back. The uppers would not stay in. Dentist came back and checked and proceeded to tell me they had to be like that before i came in that their office did nothing to them, after checking them initially. Ive never had a problem with fittament or them staying in Naturally. Now I cant even talk or function without gluing them. Do not recommend this location.
