The staff was very friendly patient and caring. Their work was extremely detailed and comprehensive. I left feeling comfortable and confident in a practical treatment plan for moving forward. I’ll definitely continue seeing them and recommend them to friends and family.

I called to make an appointment for my Mom. I spoke with Corrine Weaver, she was so pleasant, nice, patient and polite. When we walked in the door she called my Mom by name. What a wonderful way to start your first visit. As I sit and waited for my Mom, I observed her answering the phone, greeting people as they came in. It warmed my heart to be in the presence of someone with such professionalism and great customer service. I will be back and recommend Aspen dental to my friends and family. Thank you Corrine for a wonderful experience.

Such an awesome experience. The staff is very thorough, kind, & gentle. They make sure you are informed the entire way through and long wait times are non-existent at this office. Everyone is very attentive and they make sure that you stay entertained through your visit with great conversation and fabulous tv stations. I loved my time here. So glad to have a new dentist office!

The best experience I have had going to a dentist office. Every single person I encountered was so sweet, hospitable, and very patient with answering my questions. I usually feel very isolated when going to the dentist, but that was not the case at Aspen and it was very refreshing to be treated with care. I was very much dreading the talk about what would need to be done about my teeth, but that dread very quickly disappeared after talking to both Hygienist Amiyah and Dr. Amber! Both of them explained very clearly the steps that can be taken to get my teeth to a better spot, making me feel better about my situation. I also appreciate both Patrick and Janiya. Both were very sweet, Patrick helping to alleviate the tension I had coming in, and Janiya breaking down everything for me so that I understood the next steps. Also, thank you Kayla, for helping to squeeze me in that morning

Beth was absolutely wonderful and she made me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. While I am aware that payment is important, I could not make my follow up appointment without paying for it. I gave Ms. Roslyn the money to pay for the follow-up visit and she owed me $26.00 dollars in change. She told me that she did not have change and I asked for my money back. She refused to make my follow up appointment because I said I wanted my change. I was forced to allow her to keep my change for a credit. Had I not left my change, I would not have a follow-up appointment. When I get to a point where I can depart from Aspen Dental, leaving will be a priority for me. I came to them during a dental emergency for which they requested their money before they ran my insurance, I have two insurances and she wanted money right then without hearing back from my insurance. She was charging me $184.00, when after my insurance paid, I only had to pay $56.00.
