Walked in and got taken care of right away. The front desk receptionist was welcoming and professional. Cami did an exceptional job as an assistant explaining everything and keeping the visit smooth. The hygienist, Jena, was also exceptional, gentle, and thorough.
Overall, a really good experience from start to finish. Efficient, clean, and well organized. I appreciated how clearly they communicated each step and made the whole visit low stress.

Had an amazing first experience at Aspen Dental. The top notch equipment and technology, the friendly customer service, and professionalism all added to a comfortable dental appointment. I feel I will be well taken care of here.

The billing practices at this dental office are awful. I received bill after bill for 6 months for the same dental services and the local office kept telling me that I didnt need to pay them because they had to keep submitting the bills to my insurance to get all the discounts and the most coverage. Finally after 6 months they told me that I didnt have a bill. They then sent me a bill for $36. I was ready to pay it during my next visit but then they told me I owed $670 for services that I did not receive. I told the billing person that I could not continue to utilize this dentist office because I never knew what I owed and it was just to much and that I have never had this experience before. The billing individual started to stick her finger in my face about it and told me that I had periodontal disease and that I had to pay it. I canceled my appointment that day because of the treatment. I have yet to see a bill and an explanation of services that warranted $670. I received a regular cleaning but nothing else. The cleaning was supposed to be covered by my insurance.

I went to Aspen Dental as a change, because my other dentist stopped taking my insurance. I was so shocked by all of the new technology there. It amazed me! Everyone I encountered was very nice and patient. I met Dr. Trevor and Jenna, the dental hygienist. I'm definitely going back for a cleaning on the only day that she is there. Great experience!

I had a wonderful experience with my dental hygienist. Casi was professional, gentle, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Her calm demeanor and attention to detail truly made a difference. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their oral health. I’m so thankful to have found someone who makes going to the dentist a positive experience!
