This review IS NOT about the dentists and technicians. I've received nothing short of stellar performances since December, 2021 - especially from Dr. Sundin!! This review is about the front desk/care coordinators. I have a Care Credit (credit card) account that I've used for co-pays/expenses, since 2022. In 2024, I was told that I couldn't use this card for any charge less than $200 (Care Credit policy) I explained that I could use it for ANY amount of groceries, auto maintenance, restaurant dining, etc. I asked the receptionist to run the card, and sure enough, it went through. February, 2026 I used it for a $100 co-pay, and AGAIN, it processed successfully. On 08/11/2026 (my 6-month periodontal maintenance appointment), I was told my co-pay was $175, and my insurance would cover $117 ($292 total). I challenged the amount of my co-pay; rescheduled that appointment, pending clarification from my insurance company; and received confirmation that my co-pay obligation is 50% for that procedure. Three weeks later 09/02/2026, my next appointment, the same procedure now cost $336 and my co-pay is STILL $175, but Aspen Dental's system will not accept my SAME Care Credit card for any transaction less than $200. The receptionist asked if I wanted to reschedule; one of the care coordinators made the comment that "regardless of the past, it won't let us do it now," in what I perceived to be a bit snarky. May I suggest that if Aspen Dental sincerely strives to satisfy its patients, maybe it could establish a policy that permits such clients as myself, to be charged $200, with a $25 credit applied to my account towards the next appointment, or something similar.

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental! The entire team was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. Everyone made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.
A special thank you to Sam, who was absolutely amazing. Sam took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process easy to understand.
I truly appreciate the outstanding service from the whole staff and would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to anyone looking for quality dental care.

I am very satisfied with my entire process from full extraction to final fitting and adjustments.
JoAn was very nice to communicate with during my final process of adjustments on my upper and lower dentures. Thee entire staff are very nice to deal with. All have awesome personalities.

Efficient, caring & affordable. Worked out a care plan and set me up for all the corrective procedures I needed to have a healthy mouth and bright smile in my first visit. Definitely beyond what I was expecting. Professional and perfect deep cleaning that was quite tolerable. Xrays done with precision and timely, the imaging gave me the truth on the state of my dental health. Equipped me with everything I needed to start my dental health recovery.

Taylor my hygienist was super nice and made for the best dental experience. Great visit all staff were pleasant. And Taylor knew I was nervous. Her calm demeanor really helped me stay calm and she was super gentle. Thank you aspen team!
