DISHONEST COMPANY! Setup new patient appointment. New 2026 coverage and verified at scheduling appointment that all items for this visit were covered. "They are". Showed up to appointment and asked the front desk again and verified "They are". Not only did they lie they did extra imaging looking to collect without approval. Then here I get a bill for the exact imaging that was optional and never agreed upon. Then have the nerve to send me an email saying we will provide you a 20% discount to schedule treatments with us. Heck no! Huge corporate money gain and prices double of that of a traditional office. They have lost my business for myself and my family and anyone asking for a dental office recommendation. DISHONESTY WILL NEVER EARN CONTINUAL BUSINESS but I am sure you already knew that.

Office ladies were nice overall things just felt very unprofessional. The surgeon for the wisdom teeth only comes once a month so I was unable to speak with them at all. Another woman came in to give me a price break down for the wisdom teeth, after waiting 45 minutes she told me she couldn’t even give me a true price break down and only the full $4,000 cost which has to be paid in full when scheduling the appointment…. She said she would call me in a couple of days and nobody ever did. I came in June 29th, I realize it’s close to the 4th but not that close. I call today July 7th, they give me a quote but now all of the slots are filled which was not even remotely mentioned before. To say I’m frustrated is an understatement.

Terrible experience. I had my front tooth filled, but the dentist had to redo it about an hour later because the first filling was not done properly. After I went home, I noticed that the tooth was very sensitive and painful. Flossing was also difficult because the floss kept getting stuck. After a few days, part of the filling material fell into my mouth. So I need to do it for the third time. Also i want to add this update, i went back to get refund, they avoid to refund my insurance and they are very rude people and they are not responsible for their fault. They are very greedy to charge you for something that they don't clarify for you in advance and they don't take care of their quality at all. They never ask me if i need tooth brush, dental water flosser and toothpaste, and they charged me for that.
