The doctor was vert pleasant and very informational. Will be back to see her. The Hygienist was very pleasant and nice and explained to me everything that is going on. I think her name was Ashley. The nurse that did my exrays was very nice and explained everything she was doing. I love this place. The office manager checked me out and explained my bill and price for the procedures to be done.

I am very thankful to have Aspen Dental close in my area. They were able to get me worked in the same day I called, extracted the bad tooth and prepared me for a permenit replacement. The staff is very well organized and prepared to get me worked right on through the steps to get me taken care of, very kind, considerate and easy to talk with. I highly recommend Dr. Whitney and her staff.

The most exceptional experience I have ever had at a dental facility of any size. Please do not let the misconception that a company of this size, with the resources to have everything under one roof, which provides the services you need from appointment to procedure standpoint SO much quicker than traditional dental offices will not take care of YOU. Aspen Dental will not only “know” you by name but work tirelessly to give you the complete dental experience regardless how unique your need may be. A gentleman named Collin (spelling 🤞🏼) was the epitome of this for me. He orchestrated my visits with a combination of skill, intelligence & desire to adhere to the golden rule that simply blew me away. One franchise type person is often enough to change your opinion, Aspen Dental @ Hopkinsville has several! The young lady that I assume was the office manager was so welcoming & helpful along with the lady who took my impressions. The staff that I encountered were all young, as in their early 20’s and they had the same demeanor/attitude/perspective as seasoned well trained Walt Disney crew members. If you know, ya know. This will be the only dentist office I will utilize going forward and will encourage my mother & daughter to give them a try as well. Sincerely thank you Collin and Aspen Dental!

I have major dental anxiety, and finding a dentist who makes me feel comfortable has always been hard — but Hopkinsville Aspen Dental has been amazing. Dr. Dietz and Allison were incredibly patient, kind, and thorough. They explained everything step-by-step in a way that was easy to understand and never made me feel rushed or embarrassed about my nerves. From the moment I sat down, they made me feel safe and supported. Their calming approach and gentle care made a HUGE difference, and for the first time in a long time, I didn’t feel stressed at the dentist. If you struggle with dental anxiety or just want a team that truly cares, I highly recommend this office. I’m so grateful I found them! 💙🦷

I recently had a routine exam . The building was dirty. My hands stuck to the lobby furniture, my allergies to mold, mildew and dust mites were set off so I had trouble talking. I had to wait 40 min to get in for X-rays, which were done on antique equipment. When the doc lowered the exam table it creaked so lows i thought it would break.?The oral hygienist called in, so I had to come back for another apt . She refused to do s routine cleaning, said I needed extra work, additional cost. I don’t think she’s qualified for the work. I was given a $85 bill even though my insurance company said I owe nothing, so now I have to keep submitting paperwork. I tried to talk to their administrator, but they don’t know how to manage the billing, Please don’t go there Update; after failed attempts to call the corporate number, I found a customer service number from another post here; the person I spoke to said the $85 bill was sent before adjustment was made, and that I didn’t owe anything. My impression is that this company is very poorly managed; they don’t know how to schedule appointments or handle billing. The dr and hygienist are dishonest and focused on how much they can charge. Still don’t recommend.
