If I could give six stars, I would staff was welcoming and polite. The text were very nice. The x-ray process was not horrible. The attack and the doctor that were in the room with me were very professional, even though I hadn’t seen a dentist in 20 years they still made me feel as if it was OK that they were there and more of concern to help me and judge me and made me feel at ease and at home. I would highly recommend these guys because even though I have anxiety, they were able to help me, and it did not flare up. They were very transparent about the best plan, moving forward and gave me all treatment options and we’re completely transferring about pricing the entire time.

This visit was definitely a learning experience for me. I have never made an appointment for an annual dental checkup and cleaning only to find out after arriving that the office does things completely differently than I expected—and, more importantly, that none of this was explained to me when I scheduled the appointment.
My appointment was at 3:30, and I arrived about 15 minutes early. Several people who arrived after me were taken back before I was, and I was not called back until after 4:00. By that point, I was told there was not enough time to complete my cleaning because the office closes at 5:00.
I was then informed that I needed an extensive cleaning that would take approximately two hours, rather than the routine cleaning I expected to receive as part of my annual preventive care. I also need a filling. When I explained that I wanted the routine cleaning covered by my insurance, I was told that I first needed to speak with the dental hygienist—but she had already left for the day.
I was also educated on the fact that this office typically does the examination and X-rays at one appointment and schedules the cleaning separately because there is only one hygienist. I was told that scheduling an afternoon appointment does not necessarily mean you will have your teeth cleaned that day.
The problem is that none of this information was communicated to me when I made the appointment. Had I known that I needed separate appointments, that an afternoon appointment would not accommodate a cleaning, or that I needed to discuss the type of cleaning with the hygienist beforehand, I could have scheduled appropriately and saved myself the time and frustration.
I understand that dental offices have their own procedures, and I understand that sometimes a patient may require a different type of cleaning than originally anticipated. My concern is the lack of communication and the fact that I left the appointment without receiving the cleaning I specifically made the appointment for.
Hopefully, this experience will help the office improve communication with patients at the time appointments are scheduled so others aren’t caught off guard the way I was.

I broke a tooth and was able to come in to Aspen Dental the very next day. They assessed my situation and brought me in the next day to start the procedure to have a crown. The imaging equipment they used was outstanding. Pictures of my teeth were very clear and easy to understand. Everyone on Staff was extremely helpful and cooperative. I felt warmly welcomed and very well accommodated. Kaylee, Ashley, Hannah, & Dr. Desai met all my needs & expectations in a very friendly, yet professional manner. I have had an outstanding experience at Aspen Dental and highly recommend this facility.

I am TERRIFIED of going to the dentist. I notified staff upfront prior to my appointment of my fear. They staff, hygienist, and dentist all took amazing care of me, and I was still anxious but they made my visit tolerable for sure. I would definitely recommend you try them out. Thank to the Aspen Dental staff for being so kind, caring, and understanding. We have a plan to move forward with my dental care.

Hannah the Xray tech was AMAZING. fantastic energy and a personality. Very knowledgeable and professional! Super easy with full set of X-rays! Highly recommend this office. Dr B was super knowledgeable and informative also. Worked towards a longer term plan of action along with a temporary fix and was very helpful with choosing an affordable yet effective solution. I highly recommend her services as well. Nice atmosphere, clean, calm, nice music playlist. No complaints. Also, the office manager, I can’t remember her name but she worked diligently to find the best plan and options for me because this is a rather large investment. She was great, very resourceful.
