My experience was awesome, I felt that I was heard on my concerns and I had very kind people, whos hearts wanted to make me feel at my best comfort and I never liked dentist, who does.. but this was different, patience was a big one as I'm super sensitive. I really like that they had options for payment arrangements and I coukd trust in them every step of the way, I truly recommend this place! Thanks Aspen Dental!! 馃槉

Aspen Dental was amazing working with my mom who has dementia. They appreciated my wife and I taking care of her that they fixed her dentures and did an exam for free. Most dental practices would not help us. Thank you for your kindness and patience.

They got me in as quickly as possible and I had an abscessed tooth. They were as gentle as they could be given the circumstances. They educated me on my dental health and hygiene. They explained in detail what my dental needs would be and let me know about their payment arrangements. They applied the coupon that is good through December 1st and they were very quick to respond with getting my antibiotics for the infection. I will definitely be going back. Also, the lady that did my X-rays was funny and she was very sweet and relatable. 馃榿

I can't take away a review I have giving before but I can do another one with all the details. 1st from the minute I walked in Heidi who is the one that checked me in and had me fill out my paper work was extremely kind personal and none judgemental. She has been a face I have seen everytime I have gone to my appointments over the last 1 1/2 years and truly is someone that you are happy to see. Everyone at the Idaho Falls location has been extremely kind and never makes you feel like they are judging you. To correct my previous review. I realized there was some miss communication After I spoke with Dr. Hatch and Bridgett (office manager I believe) we were able to get things cleared up. Dr Hatch did absolutely everything he said he would. This means more to me then almost anything. In a world where we have lost "our word is all we have at the end of the day" and "be a man of your word" it is truly what I live by and when anyone else does the same it shows integrity. Dr. Hatch and his staff did all of the that. They all were completely willing to do what it took to make sure I was completely happy with all the work that was done. It takes a team in all of this and they are a great team. To anyone else that is starting to look for a dentist definitely call and set up an appointment. Go in and talk with them and see what they think could help you with your dental needs. They do not pressure you to do anything. They tell you what the best plan would be and let you decide. Ask the questions. I promise you they will NEVER make you feel judged in any way. After talking to people I understand that alot of people avoid going as they don't want to be judged and I know from others that Aspen dental in more then one location and more then one state have made others feel comfortable and not judged. I do not know if that is their company mission..and if it's not it should be. Thank you Dr. Hatch and his team. Also if you don't feel you leaving a review that says you are not completely ok with things that they do not care either way. That is not true. My 1st review I left the location I went to contacted me almost immediately and wanted to know how they can change anything and fix it so that I was completely happy with my work that they were doing. That in my opinion is human beings truly caring about other human beings and that they truly care about the work that they do.

They are such amazing people to deal with. Denitra was amazing and tenitive to my comfort level and explained everything very well. Dr. Hatch was awesome to talk to and listened to my concerns. Heidi was amazing and very down to earth to discuss the financial end of things. Heidi went above and beyond to make me the best deal I could get from them. I would recommend them to anyone for their dental needs!!!
