First visit was great. Staff was friendly and helpful until we got the price. I have 2 different dental insurances and they wanted to still charge me $12,000.00! My husband has a broke tooth that the doctor "deemed" saveable that he wants pulled. They told us they would NOT pull the tooth. We had to pay $800.00 to get a filling!! This is absolutely crazy. We should have a choice if we would like the tooth saved or removed smh. Fyi... to pull the tooth on our insurances was only $35.00

Tl;dr: Do NOT recommend. I find this place to be predatory, and I'd not even recommend my worst enemy go here. A truly despicable place. Suggested services multiple other dental firms have suggested weren't necessary, cannot give simple information, such as transaction history or an amount due/owed, and terrible customer service. I truly, truly wish I did my homework before getting any work done, as I've seriously lost sleep over the stress and "run-around" this place has given me.

Helped me secure the correct insurance. ais is literally the reason I won’t go anywhere else her energy and smile are amazing ! and dr.gebru is actually the best dentist I’ve ever been too. Deserves every penny she makes I’ll travel to this dentist even if move out of state

I took my 91 year old Father who was in wheelchair to get 10 teeth removed that were cracked and rotted. The staff from the minute we got there at the front desk and the dental assistants that helped me with assisting my Dad from his wheelchair into the dental chair were incredibly helpful, professional and caring. It was a lot of work that had to be done and they gave me regular updates in the waiting room. The oral surgeon Dr Patel was very polite, respectful and knowledgeable with explaining things to me and my 91 year old Dad who does not like going to the dentist. They were able to keep a smile on my Dads face which is not easy to do with all of the dental work that had to be done. Natalie Shoemaker- operations lead was very helpful in helping me get the appointment scheduled at their office with my Dad. Cynthia M operations manager also assisted with this as we had to get medical and dental history records for the surgeon to review prior to the oral surgery. Dr Gebru was super cool also. Aliyah patience experience coordinator was awesome. Dental assistants Camisha, Nikki, and Julie were outstanding also. With all of the waiting in the waiting room a very kind staff member offered me a snack and I scored a bag of Cheetos which was right on time along with a cold water they gave me. Awesome Crew!!! Thank you Aspen Dental for taking such good care of my Dad!!!! Keep up the great work!!!Respectfully David Robinson MSW,LCSW, 27 years at VA.

Everyone is very friendly and good at what they do. Prices are "cheaper" than most other places, but still be willing yo give up at least a hand instead of an arm or leg. Seems to be standard these days when it comes to pricing though, but they are still more affordable than most.
